Location, very close to Paddington Station. We had breakfast provided, with option of a basic English breakfast. And it had a lift which we needed! Staff were all helpful and friendly. Nothing really, everything worked OK

Stayed before, location to Heathrow express and tube restaurants close by. Cleanness of rooms and a lift which is better than stairs.

Very near Paddington Station. Easy access to beautiful Hyde Park. Decent breakfast. Pretty thin walls. Noise from the street and had to unplug the mini fridge.

Central less than 5 min walk to tube in Paddington. Very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast excellent staff welcoming they have 5 star hygiene rating room was clean and comfortable will return. Size of room can be tight but reasonable for a short few days break.
