I liked the hotel's location. And the fact that our room was ready for check-in as early as 9:00. I didn't like the fact that, despite there being air conditioning, it couldn't be used during the hot weather. They had provided fans, but they did nothing to cool the room; the sun was beating down directly on it, and it felt like being inside an oven.

Easy to find, great location. Near main bus route but just off the main road so nice and quiet. Room was spacious compared to others at the same price. Very clean and toiletries provided. Tower fan in the room. Nice heavy blackout curtains and additional pillow in the cupboard. TV was very small and very high so not very watchable. But I was only in the room to sleep so did not affect me.

The hotel is very well located near Paddington and is perfect if you are looking for a short stay of a couple of nights either for just a weekend in London or if you just need a hotel for a night. The room was incredibly hot because there was no aircon and only a single fan that struggled to combat the heat (although this is not always a problem considering British weather).

Great location and the staff are very welcoming The rooms are so small you can hardly move and no real space to hang your clothes. No air conditioning and the room was roasting despite having the noisy fan on all night. We were on the 3rd floor and as we know, heat rises. Definitely not the place in a hot summer. 3 sleepless nights. I might be being a bit harsh because this was my third time here ( the location is ideal) but on previous occasions when there were normal weather conditions the rooms were not too bad but we won’t be booking again when there’s a risk of hot weather

Great location, close to Paddington Station and transport, good breakfast, lovely staff Double bed was jammed against the wall, meaning one person had to crawl over the bed. Not a big room for 2 people.

It was in a good location. The room was a bit small. Could not have stayed more than 1 night in such a small space.

Good location, good price and friendly staff Pictures of the room were misleading; no fridge or kitchen space was available despite being shown and the TV was in a much different location.

Staff were very helpful and available 24hrs. Good tower fan in my small room made sleeping bearable in summer heat. Breakfast reasonable and limited paid car parking directly in front of hotel. Cluttered layout with single old lift.

It was perfect location just around the corner from Paddington train station Nothing majorly we had a slight issue with electricity at the start but was quickly sorted
