Everything staff were excellent, location perfect and rooms very clean

I booked a single room. the room was compact but exceptionally bell designed and immaculately clean. it had a desk with a selection of plug sockets, a good television and a fridge. the shower room was well stocked with toiletries. the buffet break fast was generous and served in a light dining room. the location is good with a bus stop nearby and - close to Paddington Station, St Mary's Hospital and aa short walk through interesting streets to Hyde Park corner. I have nothing negative to say.

Short walk from Paddington station. Visually clean. The suite we paid for had a musty smell, there wasn’t only a small window which was difficult to open. The bed was a little too soft. Very basic breakfast- also they didn’t have vegetarian option for sausages.

Location is ideal if you're traveling to or from Paddington. Staff are very friendly. Rooms were clean. Rooms are much smaller than presented here, even if you upgrade the rooms are very small. Little room for movement around.
