Very good

Location and restaurant I had stayed here before and liked it. This time, the desk clerk said our room wasn’t ready, so they had upgraded us to another room. It was NOT an upgrade, so tiny it was hard to close the bathroom door. We could barely move around. When I called their hand on the “upgrade,” they just smirked.

Location, Cleanness Very small room
-
Very quiet location even though central Paddington. Room clean & good aircon Tiny shower room - could barely move in there without hitting your elbows. The breakfast was awful - everything in the breakfast buffet that should have been warm was completely cold - eggs, hash browns, mushrooms - inedible. Coffee from the machine was horrible. It was nearly £180/night - way over priced. I expect more for that kind of money

Location, good breakfast ,helpful staff Room very small and cramped, noise from lift next door to room
-
Great location to Paddington Station, friendly staff and great buffet breakfast. Comfortable rooms, great shower, little tight to get in and shut the door but otherwise very nice
-
Location to Paddington Station was great, buffet breakfast was also very good, rooms were great as well, we had two different rooms both were great, one was bigger than the other, both very nicely presented

Location is great. Was able to drop bags off before check-in which was great. I was supposedly ‘upgraded’ but ended up in a basement room. These rooms are dark with low ceiling height in some areas. The staff were working outside were noisy early in the morning.

Good position for Paddington station. Comfortable room. A little noisy on the road but that's to be expected in London. Restaurant staff lovely.

Very good

Nice hotel in an excellent location the room was very smal (as advertised). if you are traveling with more than one person, take a bigger room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and well equipped room including power sockets for European plugs and USB ports. Very good selection for breakfast. My room was in an annex on 2nd floor. It was a bit complicated getting to room including some stairs (not many), but receptionist showed me 1st time. Breakfast would have been excellent if it had included boiled and or fried eggs and a fresh fruit salad, rather than from a tin.

Comfortable Room was on the small side (even with an upgrade)

Location Rooms are too small Lift needs updating, it is 2 smaoll and 2 slow

Exceptional
-
The location and in particular its convenience to Paddington Station. The staff were friendly. The rooms were very small
-
Location very conveneint - close to underground and railway station, bus stop just around the corner. Few attraction withing walking distance. Breakfast supprisingly monotonous - no choice of fresh vegetable, not even a tomato, cucumber or pepper. if you stays there for 1 or 2 nights, you may survive, but for a longer stay I do not recomend it.
-
One of the single rooms was very small but the other four single rooms were much more generous.

It was close to Paddington station which meant I could utilise the tubes easy to get around. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfy and the staff were lovely. I had a free upgrade which was nice and breakfast was included. I’m not a breakfast person so didn’t really make use of this both days I stayed but it was certainly nice to have the option. I would definitely stay again. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe here too which is definitely a plus and whenever I got back to the hotel I was greeted with a positive attitude and just fantastic hospitality. I had a fan outside my window which was making a noise all the time however this did not impact my stay whatsoever.
