Location and I got a good price Everything was good wrote to them didnt want 3rd floor so was on the gtound floor

The location is pretty central and easy to find. The staff were also very friendly and polite. There is a breakfast but it is extremely basic. In the hotels defense, they don't pretend to be a 5* experience. It is a hotel on a budget. The amenities are extremely basic and not of the best quality. There was no plug in the sink, the shower drain was blocked and the fan was just effective but very loud. It wasn't the cleanest and it was probably just about value for money.

Location was excellent, I was put in a different hotel to the one I booked, all the same company I believe. Put in a small room on 3rd floor with tiny window, very hot the day I was there, the room had a very noisy dated fan. All furnishings dated,

Location was great Room was small, old fashioned, very stuffy. Only air circulation was an old noisy fan screwed to the wall. Breakfast was atrocious & set in what looked like a school canteen, some sugary cereals, no pastries & few slices of plastic cheese or ham. Went out for breakfast & left a night early as wasn’t somewhere we wanted to stay another night

The location is great and the staff were friendly-receptionists and housekeeping were friendly It’s very dated, breakfast is very limited and the dining area is far too small to service 3 hotels. The walls are paper thin so we heard every word our neighbours were saying. Expensive for what it is

close to train station and restaurants/bars I didn't stay in hotel I booked - had to stay next door which was strange - maybe owned by same people breakfast was continental- not much choice

The location is within easy walking distance of Paddington Station, which was a requirement for us. The room was furnishings and general decor are dated but this was of little concern for us. clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom is compact and generally serviceable, and by no means the smallest that we stayed in during our multi-city month in the UK. The bathroom sink was extremely compact, and has a toiletries shelf located directly above it. As such, it was impossible to just splash a bit of water on our faces. The only other caution that future travelers should consider is that there is no lift in the building. The stairs will be considerably daunting if the traveler has significant amounts of luggage or heavy luggage, or is not terribly fit for climbing stairs.

The stay was wholly satisfactory and the outstanding feature was value for money.

nothing When I arrived, I discovered that the entrance was a separate hotel and that was never disclosed in the booking and so the guests I were meeting at the telephone to come to a different building.

Location Small hot rooms, leaking gutters when raining so water banging on flat roof all night. Did complain weren't bothered. 1 crap pillow and 1 towel each which isn't sufficient. Continental Breakfast only and very basic but did the job. Did expect better for the area to be honest. Won't go back. They actually own a few Hotels along that road including the Seymour road Belmont. Not the best!!!
