Classic Hyde Park Hotel

There's no elevator and the stairs are narrow, be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. Luckily the team was ready to assist before I even attempted it myself.

The bathroom was very small. The sink was tiny and difficult to reach across the toilet. Very tight shower.

Close to Paddington station. Clean room. Comfortable bed. They stored and then moved our luggage into our room (we arrived before check in time). Tiny, tiny room and bathroom.

The location was really good, beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and very welcoming I had a twin room which was on the small side but other than that it was great

Location was very convenient - a short walk from Paddington station, and a short walk to Kensington Gardens. We liked that there was a microwave and a kettle, so we could save some $. Room was warm and comfortable. Overall a good stay. The room was quite small - barely space for our suitcases. The stairs are also small and a challenge to navigate with full and heavy suitcases. (No lift.) One thing I did not like is there is no ventilation unless we opened the window. There's a huge large fan, but that doesn't ventilate, just moves air around. So it did feel a bit stuffy during the night.

The room was a bit small, but overall excellent value for the price.

We were in the basement, so the room was very dark.

Proximity to Paddington Station How on earth does this property have an 8.1 rating???!! The sheets on the beds did not smell clean. Throw pillows that were washed when?? The patterned duvet cover that didn’t seem clean or smell clean. The cramped room — far too small for 2 people never mind 3! Zero space for bags! The squeaking bathroom door — fix it! The smallest bathroom “sink” on the planet — impossible to wash face or hands or brush teeth without splashing all over the floor and toilet “beside”/partially below it. The staff not respecting my wishes when I asked them not to enter the room (to empty bins or make beds) while I was staying there.

It was a good location. Hyde Park was close and gorgeous! The staff were nice and helpful. My room was perfect for me on a getaway. It was clean. The heating wasn't working right in my room so it was very hot at night because I couldn't adjust it or turn it completely off if I needed to. But the staff were helpful once I told them. There weren't any food options.

Exactly the location. Location was the primary reason you will select this hotel. Also the staff is perfect. They are always nice and helpful. Maybe the best around. The room were perfectly clean -one important reason when you are with kid-. Rooms are not big and there are no food facility. These are something we already know. We were mostly walking around so room size was not our concern. For food, there are a lot of good cafes and restaurants around, or you can order from ubereats.

The the staff 10/10 Very clean rooms and place 10/10 Little expensive compared to the size, very small room but that was shown on the description.

It was difficult to figure out how to get hot water in the shower.

Loved the location, rooms are super clean and they are also cozy - staff was always nice and gentle!
