Perfect location, very nice staff!! It was too hot and just one small fen, no air conditions, the price is high for the hotel no air conditioning Breakfast is included but if you book trew hotel you have English breakfast, if you want eggs you need to pay extra. Booked with booking it's just continental breakfast, why selection??? But it's just small complaint. I would like to go back but not when is 30C no air conditioning .

Nice place Everything was good

Close to Paddington Station. Clean. Internet was terrible. Protocols to get onto WiFi were rally awful. Ended up not being able to get on for my laptop. Quite frustrating

Good location , room size was good Early June the sunrise is around 5:15an and the bathroom curtains were not dark either nor covering enough.
-
Easy access to Heathrow and the whole city Fun area Nice staff No AC, which was tough during a London heatwave!

Continental breakfast good, clean overall Not worth $330 USD for one night. Got in at 9 AM and were told there would be no availability for early check-in, come back at 2. Left our bags at least. When we did check in our room was in the basement. We could hear steps above us all night, creaking, and from the street you could look down into our window. Was a very warm night but couldn’t open the window for air because it did have stairs up to the street which weirded us out. No free water - had to pay a £ each for a water since there aren’t any close shops to buy one. TV remote was broken so couldn’t turn TV on. Hair dryer very low power.

Everything. It is an old manor house and you can feel the history in it. It was very well kept and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The high bathtub. Was a little hard to get in and out of.

It was very clean and well kept. The staff were extremely nice. Nothing

It feels old and not well maintained. The staff at the morning dining room was not vert helpful.

The breakfast was within expectations. Didn't have any problems with beds. The room was clean and quiet and was cleaned every day. The location of the hotel is main reason we stayed here. The bedroom doors are on a mechanism that is quite strong and closes the doors immediately. Some kind of locking to keep the doors open wood be ok but it was nothing to ruin the overall experience.

Location was excellent and a quick easy walk to Paddington Station. Room was quiet and breakfast was good. Breakfast area was bright and comfortable. Toilet and shower both worked well and the towels were unusually thick and fluffy. Could not turn off the heat in the bathroom. Room was quite warm despite chilly outside temperature so we had to keep the windows open and they rattled while open. Furniture looked worn out.

Clean, quite, professional service. Expensive, they charge almost for everything additional to already expensive room charge. Breakfast, to hold luggage after 2pm are additional charges.

Location was great. Friendly staff. Good range at breakfast. A bit warm.

The staff was so warm and friendly they made you feel like you were at home everything was wonderful there was nothing. I didn’t like about the property. The property is an older building, but well maintained.
-
No A/C, room was in the back of the hotel and although it was very quiet it was extremely hot and the portable fan they provide did not help.
-
Close to the tube so close to all of London. Charming, comfortable rooms and continental breakfast staffed with lovely people. Stern front desk person when we arrived…every other staff we met made up for them.
