Great location close to Underground, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had lots of choices and you could ask staff for anything that was not there. Nice airy reception area and nice bar which also served food. Nothing, all good

Breakfast was great and way better than I had anticipated. Dining room for dinner was nice but a larger selection would have helped Parking was TERRIBLE. We were almost wrecked by a truck leaving as we turned down to the garage. Garage was very small and I was afraid to leave the car for fear it would be wrecked

Location was great, good area, close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park also walking distance to Notting Hill. Transportation is also really convenient going to the center either with Tube or buses going to Piccadilly Circus etc. Our room was spacious and clean, facing backwards so really quiet. Nothing

The room was spacious, modern and clean and the beds very comfy. There was air conditioning which was great (not having any at home, it felt glorious!). There was a mini fridge. Staff were always friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely with a huge range of foods to choose from. The location near to Shepherds Bush tube station meant we were never far from anywhere we wanted to go. We walked to the Holland Park and Notting Hill areas from the hotel. Nothing - all good.
