We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is perfectly placed for us. Both rooms were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with all of our party well catered for. Paddington is our usual choice because we can walk straight into the hotel on arrival by train. There was nothing not to like. We would always choose this hotel Staff are so willing to help and the hotel has always been spotlessly clean.

excellen t location the cleaning was poor as the mirror a lot of stain as well as the shower and the bathroom handle. furthermore there was a noise coming from outside the window near the bed side. I have a light sleep so woke up few times because of the noise.

Great staff lovely welcome and access to the lounge for refreshments was a lovely perk. Lovely big room couldn’t ask for more and great location. Price!

Great location, easy access via hotel elevator to rail station platform and underground. Heathrow Express train stops yards from the hotel entrance. Good breakfast. Excellent cleaning of room daily. Problems with WiFi
