Given free upgrade upon arrival due to being a Hilton member as well as a late check out. Superb location. London Bridge station is outside the hotel. Great to get to major attractions in the city using the jubilee line. Tower Bridge is within crawling distance. Comfortable spacious toom with everything one needs such as mini fridge, safe, shampoo and conditioner, iron and ironing board and tea and coffee facilities. Easy to get pick up and drop off using Uber. Service was prompt when we called upon them. Room service didn’t always clean our mugs or replenish the toilet amentities. WiFi can be a little patchy in the hotel. Network coverage is not the best in the UK in general.

The restaurant food exceeded our expectations and their staff are extremely caring as they rendered exceptional services I love everything, we will miss Shawn and Maria. There is humanity applicable into the business. I highly recommend the hotel It is 2 minutes away from Train station and Hay Galleries

The staff was available at all times, always very polite from the moment we checked in to the one we checked out. Very caring and professional Some issue with the WiFi not connecting on the second day (it only gave USA countries so I couldn't select UK) but we found a quick around and it was all good.

Great location, next to Underground station and Tower Bridge, friendly staff, easy check in and out, great restaurant and food, good size room and facilities. No slippers. I booked two rooms and one had a view to the Shard and main street while other was facing the other building's wall. But price for both was the same. I believe it should not be a lottery but rather the view correlate with final cost and the room facing the wall to be cheaper.

During my stay I was booked city view rooms, but when I asked, they said city view rooms were not available and the TV wasn't working during my stay.
