Room had everything you need. Small but perfectly formed. Ideal location near station & Hyde Park. I got a fabulous price which I think was just lucky as not seen room available for under £100 again. All good for v short stay.

The staff were incredible, especially the ladies on the front desk. No request was too small. No question beyond their knowing. Gracious! The first room I was assigned had only a small window and was thus pretty dim most of the time. I had just arrived from the States and craved daylight, so called the front desk to ask if there were another room. Yes, but it was being cleaned from the guest checking out. It would be about an hour. I moved my things to the lobby and enjoyed a rest and people watching, but it was only a half hour or so. Great apologies from the staff. Much better room.

Great location for BST Hyde Park. 2 minute walk from Paddington station. Rooms are modern and clean and quite a good size for London. Shower ver slippery with no slip mat provided. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Very expensive even for London I’d say.

Staff were cheerful, welcoming and professional. Well located in Paddington and close to facilities including Hyde Park. Overall a wonderful stay.
