Room was a little bit on the small side

The description from other reviews were dead on. Great water pressure in the shower, nice room for a place to just sleep. And the staff was friendly and accommodating. Could use updating but that didn’t matter to me

We stayed here for one night to attend an Arsenal match at the Emirates. It’s within walking distance, and there are plenty of food options and bars nearby. We also walked to Angel from here. For a one-night stay the place is perfectly fine, and they even lent us a UK plug converter. Nothing really. We stayed in March and the room temperature was fine. I was a bit concerned it might be cold, but there was nothing to worry about.

Not much Almost everything except the staff

Staff is great. Bathroom is OK. Don't let the pictures fool you! Nothing is as presented. Carpets are filthy. Room smaller than my closet at home. No closet, just a bookshelf. One miserable pillow. Tea bags are loose and from a suspicious provenance. The lift is from before my great grandfather was born.

Bit further from tube station than expected
-
it was ok, as presented

Nothing Everything Receptionist attitude in leaving. Hallways disgusting. Bed I am convinced we slept on a base, not a mattress. The bathroom basin was just about in situ and the tap wobbling around and just letting out a trickle. The room size, what can I say, perfect for hobbits.

Building and rooms requires renovation

Not a lot To be honest we didn't do our homework properly and assumed it was a pub with rooms but it wasn't This accommodation was rooms only.nothing to do close by as in anywhere to eat or drink Before a gig at the assembly hall On the hottest day so far in July The nearest pub was a 15 minute walk away Very close to a bus stop Nice staff on reception. The room was so hot but a fan was provided Tea and coffee were provided in the room But nothing to shout home about It served a purpose but would not return Location. Amenities

It’s location is fine It is tired and needs a complete overhaul. Carpets are disgusting. Rooms smelt of smoke. Looks nothing like the photos. Night duty man was miserable and couldn’t even manage a simple hello.

Room was clean and heater provided. The building looked unloved and almost abandoned from the outside. Tired carpets in shared spaces. Visible damage to radiator. Single room was very small as was shower.

Basic.

There was no breakfast

Pleasant staff. You pay for what you get and I found the rooms to be clean and functional.
