Location location location. And responsiveness is fast. Not clean, entrance is from the garbage back alley, not comfortable
-
1- location is prefect, near the tube 2- good space apartment 1- entrance near garbage pins 2- AC didn’t work well at all 3- cleaning could be better 4- and most importantly, communication was difficult with the stuff. After check in, they didn’t answer any msg back, i had to call them for the AC and they didn’t fix, we stayed for 7 nights and the AC didn’t work for 3 of those

The location was perfect! The apartment was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent and I also liked the additional half bathroom as we are a family of 4. The AC was not working on the first day and the staff got it fixed right away. The bathroom grout needed some additional attention and the furniture such as the kitchen chairs and ottoman in the bedroom was stained. It just needs to be deep cleaned or just replaced with a material can be wiped down. Also we asked for additional towels and for the bathroom to be cleaned and never heard back. We did not bother trying to ask again as we had a couple of days to go. All communication was done via Whatsapp.

Kensington Luxury Apartments: A Biological Wasteland Overseen by Disciples of Dirt and Dishonesty It is with a heavy heart that I write this. I am deeply troubled by the conditions the owners must have endured to consider this biohazard a luxury— as Merriam-Webster defines it: a condition of abundance or great ease and comfort. There was abundance: an abundance of filth, grime, debris, and biological tissues and fluids distributed across surfaces with a generosity I can only describe as avant-garde. Floors coated in a black, tar-like film requiring a cleanup on par with Deepwater Horizon. Utensils covered in enough hair and blood to solve a murder. Furniture apparently donated after years of committed service in low-budget animal porn. Pillows and rugs— last presumed white during the Blair administration— now a grayish-black containing more grime and debris than an unhoused man's bellybutton. A bathroom sink with an oily, slimy residue that will haunt me for life. The property manager arrived— smug, dismissive, clinging to his last shred of dignity as he toured the wasteland. He agreed it was unacceptable, promised a refund, offered no solutions, and left us to find accommodation at our own expense. He then blatantly lied to Booking.com— claiming he wasn't notified until 7:45 PM, despite photos sent at 6:46 PM and an Uber receipt placing us at our Airbnb by 7:00 PM. Booking.com—presented with extensive, high-definition photographs that incite the impending doom of a Steven King novel; an Airbnb confirmation for the accommodation we paid for ourselves; and a timestamped, GPS-confirmed Uber receipt showing our arrival at our alternative accommodations at 7:00 PM, a full 45 minutes before the moment he claims he was first contacted—has declined to issue. Chargeback and UK consumer protection complaints are underway. I wish the owners and Booking.com every comfort they have decided the rest of us do not deserve.

Modern minimalist style made it feel larger. Comfy bedroom mattress. Good size tv. Street gate lock (number pad) was finneky. Sometimes it opened immediately. Other times after a few tries.

Very good location; air conditioning; spacious Very difficult to reach any member of staff when you need help. Key fob did not work, no staff available to help. No buzzer on the door in the event that someone is working that day, but kicking the door hard may get you some attention. The main phone number for the property is unmanned on weekends, and other contacts are iffy: “it’s my day off”. Other international travelers staying there said one elderly companion was promised assistance to take her bag downstairs, but none arrived. Bathroom needs a facelift, as pictured. One afternoon, Two adult males came to my room, said they were “management”. And wanted entry to check the ac. No id on them. As a solo female traveler, that was unacceptable to me without prior notice. I would not stay here again. Although convenient in terms of location, Kensington Luxury Apartments appears to be run by rank amateurs with no training in the hospitality industry. I definitely do not recommend this accommodation to international travelers, since you are s.o.l. When you need help.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Handy to everything, especially tube station next door; shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Apartment is looking a little bit tired. A little maintenance, painting, etc and it would be perfect again.

Location, very close underground, nice building Cleaning can be improved

Prime location. We arrived an hour early and a housekeeper allowed us to check in early. We appreciated that. The kitchen was clean and had useful amenities. Relatively quiet, upstairs neighbor, however, was walking around in the middle of the night. The master king bed was "broken". The springs on one side were shot and there was the constant sense you were going to roll out of bed. A bedside lamp did not work in the twin bed room. I texted the host about both of these problems without any response from him. I had expected some sort of reply but received none. The furniture was dingy and there were fewer pieces of furniture than were in the Booking.com photos, ie an extra couch. The hand rail for the stairs in the lobby had come away from the wall. Shabby and unsafe. Window curtain pulls were broken

This flat was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. The location was truly amazing. Although it was on High St., Kensington it was super quiet and we slept very well. It was so close to the tube station and in a lovely lively neighborhood with many stores restaurants and grocery options. We absolutely loved it. There was not a thing we didn’t like.

Location was great, beds were comfortable, heated floors and towel rack in bathroom were nice. It could have been a little cleaner (glass surfaces were all very smeared) and washcloths would have been nice. Communication about how to arrive to property could have been clearer.
-
The best thing about this place is LOCATION, it's next to the tube station easy to travel around the room is not as clean as see in the picture and a bit old
-
However, the garbage bins at the entrance could be relocated to a different area to improve the overall appearance.
-
Very good Secured entrance, Thanks for the management and host team for smooth check in and arrange all required things. Nothing, maybe out of control, only waste bins belong to the cafes at the entrance corridor required more Hygiene control, but it doesn’t disturb.
