Clean well mannered staff, very well located, one of the best places I’ve stayed There’s actually nothing to dislike

Great location. It was rather hot on the weekend I was staying at this hotel and while the cooling system wasn’t working, they only fan they could provide was technically a heater. This basically felt like a joke. The room was so warm I couldn’t use my laptop for more than a few minutes. The bed also didn’t have a top sheet.

Nothing. The room was so small I couldn’t open my suitcase in it. It was extremely claustrophobic. It was stifling. No air. The fans do not work. It was horrible. The staff are horrible. They don’t smile. They don’t care to help. Just miserable. The coffee is false advertising. It’s the cheap instant kenco coffee made behind reception from a plastic kettle and tap water. They do not have a genuine 24/7 what’s app. To date no one replied when I was sweating from the heat of the room and needed a working fan. They don’t listen when you put do not disturb signs on they still come in. They don’t provide adaptors to charge your phone. Generally everything they say they do they don’t. The toilets were also under par. Very dissatisfied with my stay. I had two horrible sleepless nights between slamming doors, constant flashing lights from the devices in the room and just the unbearable stifling heat. The staff know there are complaints with this room and have said so but equally say tough. Manage. You booked it. Even on the recommendations of the team on the phone so beware. Avoid these rooms. These rooms are not safe. There’s no air. No ventilation. It’s like staying in a small, hot, locked box. The coffee is horrendous. There’s nothing good to say. These rooms from a health and safety perspective should not be bookable.

Room was nice and tidy. The shampoo bottle was empty. The shower head was a bit broken. Also the receptionist sounded really fed up and a bit rude.

The nice space and how convenient the bathroom was because it was right outside my room. I’m glad I was given a fan so shortly because of the heat They was no A/C or ventilation making the room very hot

Affordable, close to train, easy to find, clean, friendly welcome. All good. It was a bit too hot and stuffy in the room. To be fair, there has been a heatwave, and I possibly could have enquired if there was air-conditioning but if there was it wasn't obviously available.

Second to last worst place I’ve stayed in. The staff was really nice but the rooms have no windows and no ventilation (or air conditioning). It’s really hot at night and it might feel like you can’t breathe. I won’t be coming back. It’s also really noisy, you can hear everything happening in the other rooms (yes I mean everything).
