Location was good, staff were lovely and friendly. Very small and cramped. Limited air - window only opened a small crack and despite 2 fans in the space it was very claustrophobic. Bathroom very tired. Whole place needs an update. Room was just for sleeping in - wasn’t somewhere we could spend any time relaxing.

The staff at the reception were very good...to name a few i.e. Parsa, Kim and Nissam. Nihela is a star and is very attentive to provide good service. There's no air conditioning unit but there are two electric fans in the room.

The hotel don’t offer breakfast but the location was fine, it’s a walking distance to the train station and other places, there’s lots of shops and restaurants nearby The room and the bathroom were very very small even my suitcase didn’t have a space in the room.. and there is no refrigerator in the rooms. I couldn’t fit inside the shower and I’m medium size not thick not big but the shower was very small

Good location, easy to travel around. Plenty places to eat near buy. Staff was very helpfull. Room small but its London, so taking into account standarts its very good for this price.

A nice place to stay in London, close to the shops, restaurants and public transports also at a good price too I was given the a room at lower ground which not a problem at all but lack of direction to the room.
