Beautiful flowers in the reception area, pleasant staff. It was evident that the breakfast service needs to be reviewed at least a 20min delay to be seated due to volume of people on both mornings. Relatively small area for the buffet, and delays in the cooked fresh buffet bar.

Unfortunately, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up and flood the bathroom. It really affected my stay. I did not expect an issue like this from a hotel of this standard.

I booked for 2 weeks they gave me small room in level 11 Not very clean floor and also the bathroom The lobby and the coffee machine was very nice The staff was very helpful and nice
