Exceptional quality at a reasonable price!!!

Location was great and I really liked my room as well.

Breakfast was phenomenal. If you like exceptional value for a very fair price this is the place to stay.

Our room location was on the 2nd floor facing the street. It is walking distance from St Pancras International Station. There is food and drink options in this area. The hotel in not on a main road, but there is a pub next door. We had 32 steps to climb (or 48 if going to the kitchen), as the elevator does not work. The free wi-fi also doesn't work. There is no A/C so the window had to be open, with the loud football crowd at the pub next door drinking until very late, then someone was rattling crates bottles at 3 am, but that is not something the hotel can control. The room is very small, compared to the others we stayed in London, and UK. So we could only access our suitcases by putting them on the bed.

We didn't stay at mabledon court we moved to sister hotel Cavendish due to a fire, it was further away but at least an alternative was made at short notice , rooms were warm clean spacious stocked with tea coffee biscuits, towels and wash creams, buffet breakfast continental, simple but well stocked, staff were attentive and kept it freshly topped up At Cavendish, bit further away, 2xsingle beds push together they moved leaving a gap and quilt was too small didn't reach sides once in bed, breakfast room was small and busy continental not beans and bacon as on pictures

It's hard to rate things when construction is going on. It was handled well and the staff and construction people were very friendly and worked around things.

The heater was not warm enough
-
Local to train stations, Euston & St Pancras/King’s Cross Wifi very spotty
-
It ticked all my boxes. Lift wasn’t working!
-
Location is very good and staff are helpful. Internet WiFi wasn’t working and the hotel wasn’t able to fix it. Room is so small too.
-
I liked the location and the warmth of the room and the fact it had a fan that I could turn on when needed. It had a fridge was very useful There was a draft coming from the CLOSED window which was going down to the bed so it was a bit difficult to over come but it’s an issue that can be solved with maintenance

a decent, simple, clean place

The location No elevator really small rom the don’t clean properly . I have to up and down at 4 floor with my luggage’s the was really ripped off the never tell me is not elevator.
-
The location - there was no elevator. And the posting on booking.com clearly says Elevator. This was the primary reason why I booked. Uber eats can’t deliver. Lifted luggage + Climbed up and down 4 floors thrice between check in and two deliveries. Had to cancel evening plans. - it was unbelievably dirty . I kept wondering if I made wrong turns into some ‘behind the scenes’ places. How are you comfortable with your guests seeing that much dirt? Room itself was ok. - that breakfast - erhm - not as described. Also the room before the entrance - how can a space be that untidy - much less a public one? Pleasant lady there though.
-
Only location is the plus point. Hotel is going through renovation and hence its difficult to describe what is good and bad.

Excellent communication with the check in staff, who were there as they promised to let me in at 2am. Room was small but the bed so comfortable with crisp clean cotton sheets and plenty towels - no time for a shower but the bathroom spotless also. Breakfast was meant to start at 7.30, but very kind lady already put out a delicious spread, cut fresh salad, cheese, hard boiled eggs which she allowed me to put in napkins and eat later - due on train at Euston at 7.30. The fresh brewed coffee was also ready by 7.15 - delicious. Location was excellent if travelling to and from Euston. I could not recommend this place highly enough. The stairways and corridors leading to the rooms were dark, and in need of some fresh paint and carpeting - but made all the many plus points even better. London has been really hot this summer, and the fan in the room was sufficient for me, but some folk would have needed AC.

location I have stayed here before and found it to be more appealing. The room I was given literally had zero space to move around in. There was about a 2 foot wide path from the bed to the door---that was all the "extra" space available in this room. There was a small stool/chair to use. In order to get to it you had to use the bed to get to the proper side of it or step over it. I was there for six days and went to breakfast everyday. NOT one time did anyone ever come out to replenish breakfast items even though many choices had been depleted.

The bedroom was really small so not much space to move or organize your stuff. On the other hand the temperature in the room was really hot and even when the window was open it didn't cool at all... The small fan was really noisy so we couldn't sleep really well, the window was opened all night so the street's noise was really bad as well. The bathroom didn't have hangers for the towels.

Location!!! 5 mins from Kings Cross and staff was super friendly. No airconditioning (not good in summer) Breakfast starts at 7:30 not good if you want an early start. Lift was not working because on same floor as my room, other rooms were under construction so corridor was very dusty.

No aircom, impossible to sleep during summer heat.
