Great location , we stayed there for a concert at Wembley and it was very easy to get there . The room was nice , bed was comfortable . The staff were also really helpfull and friendly . The wifi didnt work at all .

Really pleasant one night stay here for a concert at Wembley. Great transport links- 2 overground stops to Wembley. Very clean, good size room, bath and shower. Very good air con. Friendly helpful staff. Nothing

4 minutes from underground station, Clean room. Shower head leaking, tv not working, Lift door closed very quickly and hit me in my arm, lightheaded in lift is hanging.

The room was so clean! The staff was absolutely lovely. It was so easy to get Ubers from the hotel and back to the hotel because of the area it is located. And the price was so cheap! 100% recommend.

Good value prices for accommodation. Good location close to Kilburn Underground Station and Kilburn Rail overground station. The shower controls could be easier to use.

The property was in a good location. Tesco right opposite. Pub opposite with fantastic beer garden. Tube and bus stops near by. Bed was super comfortable and shower was powerful. The young male receptionist was fantastic, really welcoming. The female day receptionists were quite abrupt. The hotel was filthy. The one unisex toilet was dirty and just a state! The hall carpets needed a good Hoover. Our room was nice on arrival. Closer look the toilet was ok but not hygienic clean. Basin was rocky? Like it hadn’t been screwed down and very high! The mirror was dark? Like the mirror people look from the other side of you which was creepy! You couldn’t use it because you couldn’t see yourself. Not light at all on the mirror so absolutely useless. One double plug socket, which only one plug worked! So that was fun, two women trying to get ready with hairdryers/straighteners and trying to charge phones! One long mirror in the hall of the room which was great for checking outfit but no plug near by? The table in the room could have done with a mirror above. TV was to the side of the bed so you couldn’t watch it together in bed. One bedside table and light, the person next to window had nothing to use. The breakfast we paid for was processed Indian fast food. When selling a breakfast you should show the breakfast menu! The receptionist was abrupt and rude and did not care, however the food staff was accommodating as she could be. I like a selection of toast, cereals and hot food. If I was aware of the breakfast I would have opted for no breakfast. Never have I stayed in a hotel with awful breakfast!

Shower was dirty and brown mould marks on bedding

I was very disappointed with my stay. The towels provided in the room were dirty. There was no fresh air at all because the windows were locked shut and could not be opened. To make matters worse, there was no drinking water provided in the room, and there was absolutely nowhere to get or fill up water. Basic amenities like this should always be available.

Comfortable beds, clean room, up-to-date decor The breakfast. It tasted very bland and was not worth the money to be honest.

Location was close to underground. We didn't spend much time at the hotel. Breakfast. Was English breakfast everyday. After day 3 I had enough of it. Our room was also very noisy & very small.
