Great building, lovely comfortable room, staff were great very friendly and accommodating, and location was excellent beautiful area with he added bonus of good transport facilities The only reason for the 9 is we wish you had done food

Room was lovely. It was hot weather and the room had fans that were so quiet. No breakfast included, however there was a snack collection in the hallway all was good, nothing to complain about

When the renovation happened, it was very well done. The finishes are beautiful and it is very comfortable. The new air-conditioning is also a bonus. It is a must have in the current hot temperatures in the UK. We asked for hand towel and washcloths a couple of times and we’re not provided any.

Located close to Paddington and Lords Cricket ground. Fantastic room, great service.

The bed was comfortable. The standalone air-conditioning unit is incredibly noisy, and didn’t really do the job. The shower hardly worked. The waterfall shower in particular had barely any water flow.

We were warned that we would be abandoned overnight, stairs are steep and we shouldn’t have stayed there. Not the fault of the Warrington. No twin beds

Lovely room with lots of character. Great location for the tube to Wembley and some local shops. Staff were friendly on check in and explained everything well. Fans in the room as it was very hot weather. No milk in our room to use with the teabags! We didn't notice until it was too late to go back down to the pub and request some.

Location was great. Clean, tidy and very welcoming. Loved the fact they’d put air con and 4 fans in our room in the heatwave. Thank you!!!

Great location - just a couple of minutes walk to Maida Vale tube station. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Didn’t hear any noise from the pub below - even over a World Cup weekend. Would definitely stay again. Only lost a point because there was no milk in the tea & coffee box in the room.

The room was decorated well, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was very big, double shower was nice. Located in a really quiet area. The sink is too big for the bathroom so not much room on loo, the bathroom also smelt bad and didn't have a working extractor fan. The staff at checkin were a bit rude, we arrived early and they were not keen on checking if our room was available so we could drop stuff off an hour early.

Beautiful pub/hotel building. Great location for Little Venice and Maidre Vale. Easy walk from Paddington too. Well decorated, large room. Fans and air con unit were very much appreciated. Friendly staff. Liked the breakfast biscuit bar. Nothing. All good.
