The strong smell of curry from the restaurant below. I stayed at the Three Falcons Hotel in early October 2025, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Every night of my stay, from around 9:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m., the hotel completely shut off all running water. This meant no toilet, sink, or shower use during normal evening and morning hours. I reported the issue to the front desk on the first night, and staff confirmed that the entire property was without water overnight for the duration of my stay. The only “solution” offered was bottled water. I also contacted Booking.com during my stay, but no relocation or refund was provided. Having no access to running water made the room unfit for use and far below the standard expected for any paid accommodation. Guests should be informed of such outages before booking, or offered alternative arrangements. I would not recommend this property as they cannot guarantee basic utilities are consistently available and did nothing to remedy the situation.

Room and bathroom small for two persons. Bed was hard. Also the area was not the best but we needed to be close to Paddington.

Comfortable, fun ! Great food and great bar area. Watched soccer with the locals! The staff is great! Very close to the bus stop but several blocks from underground which was challenging with luggage. But we managed.

AIr conditioning is not working properly Rooms are bit small No fridge

No reception no body present between 11pm and 7am... if you need something you just have to wait unfortunately... But hotel, room and breakfast was good.

The room was big and very clean. Bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Not much but I would have expected packed breakfast as their breakfast time was to start 8am while I had an early train to catch at 7:30.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, with just one bus ride needed to reach the city center. However, the immediate area around the hotel is not particularly appealing. The rooms, on the other hand, were really good and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was also really good al with the rooms and towels changed daily.! One minor downside was the smell in the building. There’s an Indian gastropub on the ground floor, and there is a smell of curry in the common areas. Thankfully, this did not affect our room, so it wasn’t a major issue.

Quaint property, delicious menu and lovely staff. The rooms are small, breakfast is limited in choice.

Room, bed, restaurant. Bathroom.

The room was a little small & the TV lost signal from time to time. Our room on the first floor right by the elevator, and we could hear people coming in and out and the front door shutting, which could be a problem if you're a light sleeper

Staff was friendly and food was amazing! Shower was very nice too.
-
Very nice room for the value. Staff were very polite and attentive. It was a bit out of the way, but it was close enough to Paddington and that made up for it.
-
I liked the size of the bed as well as the size of the shower and bathroom. N/A

- great Indian restaurant - very good value for money - helpful staff

Very clean, newly remodeled, nice Indian restaurant/pub below, very friendly staff.

The room was newly renovated and crisp and comfortable. Three Falcons has an excellent kitchen and there are other good quality restaurants nearby. There are interesting walks along the tow paths of the Little Venice canal area, and Lord’s and Regent Gardens are nearby.

No reading table and chair in the room. The room and the bathroom are too small or tiny. Lack of reading table made my stay uncomfortable for me to work and get my report prepared. These are the only area short of my expectation..
