Rooms were good sized. The lobby was very nice and comfortable. Air conditioning, amenities. Lobby staff available 24 hours and willing to provide extra towels, coffee, etc at no extra cost. The bed is pushed against the window/wall, making it difficult for my elderly parents to get into the bed.

Good location, close to paddington station. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is also a supermarket. Very convenient. A laundry facility with 4 washing machines is avaiable at the site. Booked a room with double bed and sofa bed for 3 adults. The room was very small as we had 3 check-in luggage and 3 carry-ons.

Bathroom is too small/dark

Staff were amazing, especially Magdalina and Bogden. Location was excellent for proximity to Paddington/Heatrow Express... short walk to Edgeware Rd tube station provided easy access to Bakerloo, Central, and Circle lines. Market Sq area and canals made it a great walking area. M&S and Tesco Food within 5 minute walk.Very clever use of intentionally small footprint. Super clean. Good shower SMEG appliances; BOSCH dishwasher were high quality. Bed was very comfortable. Generous policy re luggage storage at both arrival and departure. Not enough capacity in the food, general waste, and recycle bins. We stayed 6 days and no obvious collection system.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Even delivered us a fruit bowl to the room on arrival. Lovely personal touches. Really close to some lovely restaurants and pubs on the river.

The apartment is cramped up.The bathroom is too small and thr bed room is too tight.

The location was perfectly situated in a diverse but quiet neighborhood close to the tube station. The room was exactly as pictured, clean, and we maintained. It’s also an ideal size for smaller parties which we were. Nothing

We stayed here with my wife and our 13-year-old son. We booked a 22 m² room,the kitchen equipment and the bathroom were well-designed and very practical, which made our stay more comfortable. The location is excellent — you can reach most places within 15–20 minutes, either by bus or just 3–4 stops on the Tube. Overall, a convenient option thanks to its great location. Storage space was quite limited, especially the wardrobe.

The location is very close to Paddington Rail Station. There is a nearby Marks and Spencer’s which makes it convenient to buy groceries. Metro stations are a short walk away. The room had a great view of the boat basin and was quiet. Beds were comfortable. It is not the fault of Wilde, but there is some construction work going on in the Paddington area, so it takes a few extra minutes to walk from the Rail Station to the apartment. This is probably a short term issue…just check things on Google Maps, or ask the friendly reception staff at the apartment.

Need more storage area such as wardrobe.

Rooms are well laid out to have what you need in a very compact space. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well set up. Location is very convenient. My room was not ready when it should have been and I had to wait 30 minutes. The property gave me a basket of fruit as compensation. Gym could be better. It's small and doesn't have a lot of options.

Great location near bus and train stations. Quiet overall and very clean. The room was just the right size for us and it was nice having our own bedroom. No phones to call customer service. It was all handled through WhatsApp which is a pro and con. Pro since less friction but con is it sounded like an ai agent was responding. We did get towels and bedding when requested in a timely manner but when we had one issue with the pillows, the agent responded but no one ever came to our room.

The room was impeccably clean. The studio space is very well designed and perfect for one person (or two people without a lot of luggage). Lots of storage options, such as drawers under the bed to store your suitcase. Excellent kitchenette with everything you need to prepare a meal. Shower had great water pressure, which is so rare! And the bed was very comfortable and cozy. There were also nice little touches like remote controlled blackout curtains, complimentary beverages, and a welcome card. Not much, to be honest. The studio doesn’t have a proper closet and there are only a few hangers for hanging longer garments and the space is small. This was fine for me because I was staying at the end of my trip before flying out, so didn’t have anything to hang. This might be more of a challenge if you have multiple garments that need to be hung up for meetings/events.

Though pricey, rooms were spacious, modern, well-lit and had all good facilities in the kitchenette. Would definitely prefer this hotel for future travel. The washer and dryer in the laundry were not working properly which was frustrating but otherwise happy with the property.
