I liked the location and easy access to metro and bus. The fan/cooling situation. The whole building was hot and even the electricity went out. The bathrooms/toilets were not very clean.

Close to a metro station - you can walk to different locations around The rooms were not cleaned during my 3 days. It was too hot inside the rooms. The outside area felt cooler. Looks like No one from staff is assigned to the hostel, I only interacted with the two different staff members (cashiers at the pub) the days of check in and out. Rooms are so tight not like what’s in the pictures

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The room was a literal oven. The entire facility was so hot that you’d sweat getting out of the shower. It was so miserable that it drained me of all of my energy and I missed out on almost all of the things I had planned because I was too exhausted from not being able to sleep because the room was sweltering.

Fabulous location with great food there and all around. No complaints at all!

Nice pub. Good food and drinks! Especially they had German wheat beer what was a nice surprise! It is very good value for money!

Staff was very nice and helpful. The location was amazing; steps away from a tube and bus station, and a 45 minute walk from SoHo. Toilets in 2 of the bathrooms were consistently clogged for my whole stay. My room was hot and the bed was not the most comfy thing in the world.

The Manager & Customer Service were great! Most of the time there was no soap and toilet paper. In the toilets.

Thank you for allowing me a late check-in around 12:00 AM. I must say, the hostel location is perfect. I do have one small suggestion: would it be possible to provide an option for making tea or accessing hot water? Even a small pantry area for guests would be very helpful, in case a common kitchen is not possible. I had to get my tea and coffee from the bar during my stay.By the way , your city is a very expensive for a budget traveller . Overall i would say 5/5 for a great service. Location was amazing right next to an Underground stop. Rooms are above the out which offers some decent found and has a good selection of drinks on tap. Small room packed with 9 people and 3 level bunk beds with top barely enough room to sit up. 3 toilets and two showers on my floor were not well maintained. There is no public space so you either hang out in the bed or the pub. No food allowed in the rooms but no space to keep it either.

The pub is nice, the staff is lovely. They even upgraded me to an all-female dorm, which I appreciated. I also appreciated that they kept a holding place for bags downstairs that felt quite secure. The beds and linens were clean. I would stay here again in a pinch if it was just for a night or two, especially for the kind staff, but it’s pretty rough. The dorm is cramped, and the bunk beds were stacked in threes. Two women were continuously coughing and sneezing right under me, which was concerning given the cramped conditions. The bigger locker cages were taken over, so there wasn’t a locker box big enough to accommodate my backpack. The showers and bathrooms were full right before checkout time, so I didn’t get to shower before I left. (The bathroom next to my dorm also had two big trash bins in it that were blocking much of it.) The bed is narrow, hard to climb up to, and has a space between the bed and the wall, so when I plugged in my charger with a UK adapter, of course it fell to the floor and I would have had to climb down from the highest bunk had no-one been there to kindly help. The neighborhood also probably wasn’t the safest: I witnessed a physical altercation take place at the tube station right as I arrived.
