The staff member was friendly. My refund was processed quickly. This is a hostel for people who have no choice other than sleeping out on the streets. That is no excuse for the state of the place. Beds clearly never get changed. Stained sheets, pubic hair and blood ( potentially from bed bugs ) were all found on my sheet. I left after 5 minutes. I wish I had read the Google reviews first and saved myself the hassle. IF YOU ARE NOT ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE - AVOID.

Location and price were okay Bad bugs. I woke up and saw one on my sheet right in front of me. I also found 5 more on all my closes and in my bag. So everything that I left on my bad for more than 5 minutes was compromised.

The worst jostle I have stayed at With rodents and the stuff couldn’t have been more worse Bathrooms slays dirty or blocked, case looked like a shack I was scare the whole time Make staff just coming in like 3 times a day to take pictures of under the beds Rooms cramped, the bed above me was broken, I told the manager who didn’t seem phased by it and even gave it to some one to use, plus I was pregnant but he didn’t care I think will be raising this to the council Everything

There was nothing to like on this property This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The room was very dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. The bed was unstable, and moved whenever I tried to sleep. The hostel lacked basic facilities and was not properly maintained. There were not enough lockers for guests, making it difficult to store belongings securely. There were also very few charging points, and there were no convenient power sockets near the beds, which was very inconvenient. The staff were not helpful and did not provide good customer service. The toilet and bathroom facilities were completely inadequate for the number of guests. Around 30 people appeared to be sharing only one shower and toilet, which caused long queues and constant inconvenience. Overall, the hostel was overcrowded, unhygienic, poorly managed, and offered very poor value for money. I would not recommend staying here
