Great location, easy to get everywhere and great value When I sent messages a central centre answered who are not at the hotel so I was told the breakfast was £6 and it was £8 and there was no luggage storage when there was!

Location LGF room without wondow while this had not been communicated. Very bad smell from the toilet. Breakfast average.

You get exactly what is described - it's small, but comfortable, it has all you need for a short stay in the city, it's good value for money (taking in consideration the prices in London), it's clean, next to bus & underground stops. Glass walls & doors on bathroom, the moisture couldn't leave the room.

The location is great, the hotel is clean and the staff are professional. I like the place and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit London The rooms and bed are small like hostel. I think this can be improved upon.

The room was very small, but there was storage for our case under the bed. No fresh air. The room was quite stuffy.

Absence of obvious small amenities that would cost them next to nothing. Unrelenting emphasis on extraction of the last centime of profit from every guest.

It was a good location for me plus a decent breakfast Some staff checking the breakfast sheet of paying guest often found it difficult to ascertain who paid and who hadn’t Also some staff, not room cleaners, very reluctant to give out a small bottle of water which was usually given daily

Location.v.helpful lady on reception. Tea/Coffee facilities not great. No decaffeinated options. No spoons. Communal area decor getting tired.
