There should be improvement on facilities like the microwave, lockers in the rooms for storage of personal effects, bed cotton for privacy. The bathrooms are too tight. Rooms are stuffy.,

Nothing Everything,I actually checked in because they would not give me a redund 6 weeks before arrival. Up 3 flights on narrow dimly lit stairs, room consisted of a bunk bed (old and rickety, dirt on metal) pillow and sheet. That's it. I have never had a hostel this bad. I have seen homeless shelters better. Booking should take thos off their site. I left and paid for another place, it was that bad

Location There was a female member of staff staying in the room with the guests constantly telling us to be quiet because she needs to go to work early. First one girl was packing her belongings as said was leaving,it didn't stop the member of staff telling the girl to be quiet as she needs to wake up early then she told me( I was sleeping above her ) to stop moving and later in the morning complaining to another one to be quiet. This is wrong . Clearly she doesn't fit in the job being rude to the guests . Why place staff members with guests? Hostel management should provide them with separate venue so the can rest if they clearly can't sleeping in the room with guests

Some staff member was decent. BED BUGS. (See multiple reports of this on google map reviews.) When I reported this to the staff, one admitted that it was a common complaint for those sleeping on the lower bunk beds and suggested that I sleep at the top (as if bed bugs didn’t know how to climb up the wall). The more senior staff refused to move me to a new room because I might already be carrying the bugs and blamed guests for bringing them to the hostel. There was also quarreling over someone in my room snoring loudly. People literally kicked at the snorer’s bed in the middle of the night and early in the morning. The moment I went into Room 10, it smelt like foot odor. You’ll also see blackish smears on the wall. Possibly bed bug poop or the bugs being squished accidentally. They also change the main door code every day. But security isn’t the issue at this place. It’s the bed bugs, foul odor, and cramming nine people into a small room with one small window. AVOID THIS HOSTEL AT ALL COSTS. I barely slept the one night I stayed there and got the fk out of there the next morning and requested full refund.

Too many beds in one tiny room, the bathrooms upstairs were dirty most of the time
-
Bell was so kind. He was very considerate so I had a great time there.
-
Bedbugs! No kitchen, damp bathrooms
-
I've been in many hostels but this one is definitely the best in Central London, ask for Karim if you need any help

The staff were nice and it was easy to get in and out Smelled like dirty feet in our room. Bathrooms were clearly not kept and a lot of them were out of order. Pretty inconsiderate people. Lots of pee on toilet seats. The bed was pretty flimsy as well. Would not stay here again.

security codes to hostel and each room. comfortable beds, good location, great staff, useful showers though a bit broken, good towels, great hairdryer. wasn't able to choose a bed I preferred, small lockers and couldn't even lock them, very small room. place only to go sleep and use the bathroom.
