Pros: In zone two, so location is solid for being outside of central London but still close with a bus stop in front, a short walk to Edgeware road tube station, and a short walk to Little Venice. This is a location in the heart of a working-class Middle Eastern neighborhood with many restaurants and a market, so there are good food options. The staff was organized and responsive. The air conditioning in the room was also good, which was important as we were there during high temps. Cons: The pictures present as a larger and more stylish room than it actually was. We were three in our room and it was quite small. There is no lift, and there were stairs we had to climb with our luggage to get to our room. The stairs/hallway carpets need to be replaced, pronto. There’s so much foot tread on them they are dark and grimy, and it just doesn’t feel good or give you much confidence in the overall cleanliness in the place, although the rooms themselves were clean. Additionally, because of the stairs and the layout, we could hear footprints and movements above us late at night as people were climbing up and down the stairs—this was quite noisy and disruptive to our sleep.

Room and hotel were great for the price in London. Friendly and helpful staff. Free luggage storage on our last day. Clean and tidy room, lovely shower. No issues at all. Would stay again.

Clean, air conditioned, modern Entrance

The room was modern and updated. It looked just like the pictures. I had a12 hour lay over and wanted to see a bit of London, shower and get some rest before my 9 hour flight. When i went to take a shower the water filled the shower basin and drained very slowly. Because of the slow drain, the water started to flood the bathroom. I spoke to the receptionist and he said all he could do is report it to housekeeping at 6 in the morning and the manager at 10. Unfortunately, I had a 9 am flight and needed to leave by 5:30 am. The receptionist said the hotel was fully booked and could not change my room, nor could he fix the problem. In the end, I did not get to shower, the baton was flooded, and I slept for 2 hours only.

Clean and quiet room with solid tube access and a good price Wifi was annoying because it kept logging you out and not making it easy to log back in

Room is very small and two adults barely fit with their luggage not being in the way of door

The room had good air conditioning and was located close to transit. Unfortunately we had one of the worst stays of our lives here. First off the location was unexpected, the streets are very dirty and give off an unsafe feeling with a bit of culture shock. Once inside, we thought okay it’s not so bad but upon further inspection, the bedding and bathroom were pretty dirty. There was hair on my bed and a few small spots of mold in the bathroom. We were only planning on staying for two nights and since London is expensive, we decided we’ll be okay and stay. Night one went alright, nothing too crazy. Night two, around 11:30pm my mom goes to put her blanket over herself and a rat appears to be in her bed. She jumped out of bed and we ran to reception to get help. Long story short, we did not receive the help we thought we’d get. The man at the desk told us he is only security and cannot help us repeating that we’ve booked an “express” hotel and services are not available. After a heated 30 minute conversation with him yelling at us and accusing us of lying (he would not go into the room to check), we felt so frustrated and unsafe that we decided to leave in the middle of the night. I contacted the manager of the hotel immediately who promptly emailed me back in the morning and made the situation a bit better, offering apologies and a refund. Overall, I’m grateful the manager was able to help us but we will not be going back to this hotel.

Noise from neighbours

We could hear the person in the next room snoring during the night and the people in the room above us walking around, their floor squeaked. The shower drained very slowly. The Comfort Inn sign out front was not illuminated and the front of the hotel was very dark, if you weren't looking it was easy to miss.

The place was very clean, with spacious rooms, modern décor, and excellent cleanliness. The location was convenient, close to the subway. Breakfast was simple but sufficient and tasty. It was a bit noisy at times, with some sound coming from the neighboring rooms.

Easy check-in, the bathroom had a nice size and the bed was comfortable. I had a small table in my room and could take a coffee directly in my room at the morning.

Quality of all items are excellent No thing

Room- Size was adequate; Very clean; Enough spaces to put things on (even in the bathroom); Very quiet despite the fact that it's in a busy neighborhood (I noticed the windows are double-glazed); very comfortable bed Location- Excellent; Just 5 minutes from underground station; Buses also passed by in front of hotel; There is an excellent Middle Eastern restaurant next door; Nearby, Hilton hotel, dental clinic, general stores selling fruits and other everyday items, a fastfood store, Aldi, a bike rental; a very clean Middle Eastern neighborhood Breakfast- For the price, excellent Nothing. Everything was perfect. Including the staff. So far, my all-time favorite hotel. (And I always book hotels in the US and Europe). I wish all hotels were like this hotel.

The neighbourhood was a bit shady as night

Nice location. Accommodations were refurnished since last time I stayed there and now looking more clean and modern. The breakfast is nice and the staff working there are very kind. The wifi signal was unstable
