The hotel is in a lovely part of Central London - in a quiet, picturesque square but plenty going on nearby and Farringdon Tube Station very close (especially the Barbican Exit) so it is very quick to get to the West End or the City. I was upgraded to a Club Deluxe room and it was exceptionally good and very spacious. I would certainly stay here again Nothing

The room was exceptionally small, gave the feeling of Ibis Budget. The air-conditioning was loud with intermitted hammer sound. Couldn't sleep. Wouldnt stay in this hotel again. To make matters worse, the hotel was empty. Didnt get offered another room.

Good location, clean, friendly receptionist. Room service was fast and food was good quality The air con kept switching off so I was very hot at times in the night and had to keep putting it back on so I didn’t sleep that well.

The staff were fantastic especially Victor. He was so friendly and really looked after us and decorated the room for our wedding anniversary and gave us 2 complimentary glasses of Prosecco. Couldn’t rate him enough for going out of his way to make guests feel special.

Fabulous location and lovely hotel. Staff super friendly and room was great - offered an upgrade so that was great for a small fee. Bed sooo comfy and shower was excellent. Breakfast was sooo good. Would have loved a window with a view of the square instead of behind the hotel but not really an issue.

We booked a standard room but the air flow system wasn’t working properly and much too hot in a hot wave. The team kindly upgraded and the air cooling system in the room worked better. Room was very comfy, quiet and hotel in a great location. We opted for coffee and pastry at local coffee shop, All press rather than the hotel’s £22 a head offering - very happy The air cooling System isn’t actually air con so doesn’t get as cool as that but it was perfectly adequate during a London heatwave

The room was spotless and reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. There wasn't anything I didn't like. The air conditioning took a while to figure out but this was not a big deal
