The design of the room was wonderful, and the content was the easiest to use of any hotel I've stayed in while traveling in Europe. The restaurant-bar scene just off the lobby was great, although the morning breakfast buffett was a little weak as far as American tastes are concerned.

I think that £271 for one night is absolutely extortionate. The room was also incredibly noisy as it’s near the lift and the laundry room. Avoid room 401.

Very fun room for 3 girls On a weekend away, we made /had our own karaoke booth! Possibly a bit further out than we’d choose to stay again but was worth it for the quirky style and comfortable place to lay our heads!

The restaurant/bar…the servers and hosts weren’t overly friendly and didn’t really know what was in some of the dishes and didn’t know what kinds of teas were avaialble. They just didn’t seem like they lived their jobs

Nice clean rooms. Excellent staff doing so. Quick response to more supplies and special furniture. Fabulous buffet breakfast every morning. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Close to very nice restaurants and retail stores. Close to important bus and underground transportation. Taxi and uber drivers know how to get to the hotel.
