Location was good. Staff were friendly Rooms were tiny. Our bathroom was clogged and had an awful smell. Moved rooms to sister hotel where room was slightly bigger but still small. The hotel was also right next to Paddington station so you could hear every train going past.

Met my needs for an overnight stay before flying back to Hong Kong. Clean, cosy and in a wonderful location. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. A beautiful garden / square just outside the front door. Very kind and cheerful staff.

Brilliant location for hyde park and close enough to tube stations. Staff were lovely and extremley helpful, very clean and in a quiet location also.
