Great location to King’s Cross & St. Pancras Train Station.
-
Friendly welcome. Spotlessly clean. Easy check out.
-
It was really close to the station and had everything I needed. Staff was very friendly.

I booked this hotel for one night as I passed through London and waited for my EuroStar the following day. I had a single room and whilst compact it was perfectly adequate for my stay as I transited through London. Just be mindful that there is no elevator to access rooms (so pack light!) but the friendly gentleman at reception helped me with my suitcase. Like many older hotels in London there is also no air-conditioning (i.e. cooling), but my window opened and a fan is provided for comfort. This hotel is located a hop skip and a jump from the EuroStar Terminal (which also was location for filming Harry Potter!) and King’s Cross Railway Station, which is exactly what I was wanting.

Room was small but had all the basic necessities. The location was good for what we were doing in London. The fan in our room was quiet and efficient during the heat wave. The stool was too heavy to move from under the counter so was unusable.

The location is just across from the King's Cross station. This is a very large station that we used to get all around London. Shelves in the shower!

Lovely It was just hot that night.

The room is very small, but I guess it is OK for London

Nothing

Great location - perfect for catching a morning Eurostar train. Room is not spacious but it has everything you need, even a kettle! No elevator. Be mindful if you have a big suitcase and you gotta carry it upstairs!
-
Location Ongoing construction inside and out
-
Quick to fix broken toilet seat & plugged shower drain Location. Park across the street is noisy all day and late at night. Rooms in back should be better in summer regarding noise. No A/C, so no closing window in warm weather.
-
Convenient location to Kings Cross Room too small
-
There are no stairs to the rooms, which made it very difficult to carry my 23kg suitcase to the 3rd floor, if you have a large suitcase I don’t recommend it, because the rooms are small too
-
Clean and very good location near Kings Cross Station. Front desk is always helpful and even their current construction project is well managed from a guest view. Nothing
-
We were able to check in early to take a nap whilst our flat was being prepared It was a 4th floor walk up and the stairs are narrow and the luggage hard to manage.
