Lovely hotel with close proximity to Earl's Court. Bonus having a garden when we wanted to have a little 'time out' from the hustle and bustle of the City.

Amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was also very quiet, which I really appreciated.

Room comfortable clean and quiet. This hotel is very convenient to city centre and the nearby underground serves Heathrow directly so no changes with baggage. We had stayed here before and found it very convenient. The garden is a bonus to relax in before heading out for the day and also a drink in the evening on return. one night bar service very slow and understaffed however I would still return as I do like this hotel very much.

Everything! Everything was perfect!

The hotel is in a great location, is nicely decorated, has a lovely garden and was surprisingly quiet. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help! Certain parts of the hotel could do with a bit of attention. For example, the sofa bench in the main dining space is pretty tired and worn. We also didn’t find the pillows to be very comfortable and so didn’t sleep that well. That could be personal preference however.

Loved the garden and general ambiance Our initial room was very hot (in the heat wave) but we were moved to a much cooler room once the lovely staff realised how uncomfortable we were.

Like the location, easy to get around Used to rave about this hotel, lost its gloss. Check in team terrible, room below expectation, property not maintained, bar sub par

Location is great, beautiful peaceful garden. Restaurant courtyard is gorgeous. The decor in the hotel is super stylish and room was comfy and clean. Good shower Nothing we didn’t dislike, the only thing is that the restaurant whilst a lovely setting is overpriced for the standard of the food

I’ve stayed at many hotels across London; in Mayfair, St. James’s, and Knightsbridge, but the staff at this property were by far the most outstanding. They were kind, welcoming, and refreshingly straightforward, and that more than anything else is what made me love this hotel! The hotel has a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. I loved the room, the beautifully designed lobby, and the garden, which was the perfect place to enjoy the summer weather under trees shadow. The location is another excellenct feature. It’s only a 3 minute walk from “Earl’s court” station which provides easy access to the district/circle lines as well as the piccadilly line, which gets you anywhere in London. The hotel is also located next to a street that has a great selection of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and pharmacies. The room space was limited.
