Our stay was fantastic. Location was perfect to explore london from. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and beds were super comfy. Would stay again for sure!

The room was really modern and comfortable, it had everything necessary. The position is perfect, near the underground but in a Street really quiet and with little traffic.

Andre the night receptionist was super helpful and efficient. Made sure to have our bags in our room which was on the fourth floor. Aircon was also available. Unfortunately, the room was very disappointing. It was advertised as a double room, but it was extremely small, with a bed that felt more like a single and barely fit the two of us. To make matters worse, we found a bug on the sheets, which was very unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness. There was also no lift, which made getting to the room with luggage quite inconvenient. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations and was not comfortable for two people.

The location was very convenient and the room was comfortable and lovely and cool, especially as the weather was very hot during our stay. We requested a ground floor room as there is no lift, and they accommodated this, which we really appreciated. When we arrived, the front door was unlocked and there was nobody at reception, with several guests’ bags left unattended. As we were told reception is staffed 24 hours, this was a little concerning from a security point of view. Someone arrived after around five minutes. The wall beside our bed also had some dirty/greasy-looking marks, so the cleanliness could have been better.
