Only location, and stuff was fine The 6th floor was unbearably hot. There was nothing to cool the room except a barely functioning, rattling fan. The bathroom was extremely small, the chairs were dusty, and the bathtub was filthy. Unfortunately, since we had already paid in advance, we had no choice but to stay for two nights. We barely managed to sleep. They advertise breakfast as included, but there was practically nothing to eat except dry bread and stale muesli.

Too much indian employee that don't know how to speak english. I'm french and spoke english better than them. Shameful.

Location was fantastic with the tube, museums and restaurants Hotel was not as advertised. No bar or dining in the hotel. Communication was difficult with the gentleman in the reception. We asked to bring food back to the garden because we were tired and told we couldn’t. We would’ve eaten in the hotel had that been an option. No tea or coffee facilities in our room which was very disappointing, went downstairs to make tea and when I checked the milk it was warm and lots of flies flew away as I opened the lid. Our bathroom light would not stay on and a light over the bed didn’t work. Companies are very clever with their pictures.

Disappointing
-
Good location A board of MDF instead of a mattress, mouldy dirty bathroom
-
Location was central. No aircon in rooms, dead bug in the soap provided, layer of heavy dust on all surfaces, cramped bathroom.
-
Perfect location but very noisy street. No air con so if you go when it’s hot and have to leave windows open expect a disturbed sleep Dated, not good value for money at all. Needs updating. Needs air con.
-
Close to Earls court I asked to change rooms initially as the first room was very cramped and hot. No coffee in rooms or at breakfast. Despite having a proper coffee maker , they presented a kettle and jar of cheap coffee powder for breakfast guest to have.
-
It is close to the tube station Facilities were terrible and outdated. Aircon seems to be available but not working or connected. Noise from outside as asked for window to be fixed but wasn’t. Fan in bathroom not working. Bar was not functioning. Basically avoided spending time in hotel!
