The apartment was clean and the location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. Unfortunately, the staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome, and customer service was well below the standard I expected. Simple requests were met with little interest, and overall the service had a negative impact on what could have been a much better experience.

I have been staying at this apartment for all my London trips for the last four years. The space is great and the price reasonable. This is not a luxury level place but it is homey and that's what I like about it. I think it has come under new ownership in the last year or so and the new owners have raised the level a bit. A good thing. All was great...

The property said that they’d fix it but two days later we are leaving and no one fixed anything. They said they’d call me but they never done it, and then that they’d “send the maintenance team by the morning” but they never done it either. Too bad having such terrible place in such a good location. That’s the worst stay I’ve ever catch in any trip around the globe so far.

Nothing! It was a scam and they were racist. The dodgy money games and shady underhanded tactics, as witnessed by their bad reputation with several neighbors who confirmed my worst fears.

Clean and spacious. Struggles to find the door, but I did in the end!

Great location and good place to stay, affordable, and close to the tube. Lots of good cafe and restaurant spots around the area Shower in need of a little repair. Offsite pre check in is a bit of a hassle.

The bathroom is inside the bedroom, so difficult to access for person staying in living room.

This quiet little apartment, tucked away near Old Street Station, is a quaint and humble abode. It may not shimmer with opulence or luxury, but it more than makes up for it with charm and character. It is neatly nestled on a peaceful street, with cafés, pubs, and restaurants just a hop, skip, and a stumble from the front door. Although, take heed, for if you rise before the seventh hour and your veins run on caffeine, you might need to stretch your legs a little further for a fix. (Side note: FWD: Coffee, a stones throw away, has some of the softest pain au chocolat to ever pass my lips.) While the flat offers a lovely dose of quiet, the chaos of London is never far. With a short stroll to the Underground and a speedy ride on the tube, you’re in the heart of London. Now, we loved our stay, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention one quirky little hiccup: The battle of the bathroom doors. Sworn enemy with the shower door, one must be closed for the other to open. As someone who is slight, even I battled for escape. Larger guests may need to limber up. Beware, if you don’t lock the bathroom door, it will swing open and trap you inside the shower. simple fix? Replace the inward-swinging bathroom door with a sliding one and save future guests from this daily duel.

The entry codes for the building door and the apartment door are eMailed to you at around 3PM the day you check in. No physical keys to worry about. Also the pillow are nice and fluffy and they had a good number of very solid hangers. The place has a lot of space. They are a little tight with the shampoo, soap and toilet paper. I have stayed here before so I bought my own soap and pickled up another few rolls of toilet paper at the grocery store that is just down the road.

Horrible, no one was there to open the property. I’d verification didn’t work, they asked last minute for a bank transfer of $350 for a security deposit on a one night stay of $95 Place was definitely low income subsidized public housing First off no one was there to let me in the property and I could not get in and had to stay somewhere else. I was an international traveler and couldn’t even call the company until I asked a stranger to call and no one answered. Then after calling the US booking.com they called the owner and they stated no one was present to open the door for me until I emailed them a photo of my ID which is usually done through a safe portal website however kept explaining to them the one they gave me didn’t work and no one called emails or answers back until booking called them and they they said no one was at the property. I’ve also been to London before and this property was clearly the council estates or public / low income housing. After being ignored for this stay I was then asked by the staff to bank transfer them $350 security deposit for a $95 one night stay….. this place is a full scam and asked for my ID Via email, had no one at the property to let me in, their ID system didn’t work & they left me stranded having to choose another space same day last minute! I definitely want my money back and would not recommend

Excellent location, spacious, secure, well fitted-out. Nothing of significance, all good.

Conveniently located for my trip. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Bed was a bit soft for my liking and the bathroom could do with a refresh. Maybe some nicer coffee or a Nespresso machine would be good, but apart from that, it's a good apartment at a reasonable price.

Very convenient and clean. Emails from the hosts were clear and check-in was very easy and straightforward. The apartment I booked was up 8 flights of stairs, and (although not an issue for me) it wasn’t brought to my attention prior to booking.
-
Dirty, not comfortable, no products to shower (a small tube for 2, used after 1 shower) Really expensive for what it is and dirty.
-
The decent location Bad quality of bathroom furnishings which were falling apart. The room was not clean. The light bulbs didn’t work

While my daughter and I were sleeping at night, a heater fell from the wall and we woke up scared. Please make sure that heaters are installed in my daughter’s apartment. She refused to sleep out of fear. While my daughter and I were sleeping at night, a heater fell from the wall and we woke up scared.
