Great location, with the tube station just around the corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working, and as our room was located under the roof, it became extremely hot throughout both the day and night. We were provided with a small fan, but it could not be used continuously as it would overheat. The room itself was very small, with a small bed. We had expected two separate beds, but instead received one twin bed. The bathroom was also disappointing. It was quite rusty maybe mouldy and did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. The shower head was leaking water as well. Water was very hot all the time, you can’t get cold or tepid shower if you want to. And the bathroom ventilator didn’t work either.

Nothing like a hostel when you arrive. The lack of air con, no air con across the hotel, with fuses removed. Clearly did like to foot the bill for using it. Given a table fan.

Very disappointing experience. There is no air conditioning, although the hotel still shows photos with an AC unit, which is misleading. A staff member confirmed that AC has been removed from the facilities list. With temperatures of 30–34°C, the room was unbearable, and the small fan provided was completely ineffective. I left the hotel immediately after check-in. Despite the lack/non-functioning AC being the reason I could not stay, the hotel refused to issue a refund. I would not recommend this hotel, especially during hot weather.

Nice area and the hotel has the potential to be a really nice stay We did not enjoy the lack of air-conditioning. We stayed on the top floor of the hotel and didn’t think the lack of air-conditioning would be a big deal however the room was extremely warm and we couldn’t get cold water out of the tap so it was very difficult to cool down and sleep. Also had a couple staying in the room beside us and between 2 am to 5 am they were screaming and shouting and playing music and what sounded like abusing the receptionists as well which did not help in combination to the heat. Bathroom door was also a bit stuck and thought we were trapped inside a few times.

Location was good The air conditioning didn't work which wasn't ideal given hot weather. My wife couldn't sleep. When I asked receptionist if we could change room she said all rooms had no air con for the past week but looking at online reviews that spears untrue as air conditioning hasn't been working for many months. It was a shame as this was our anniversary weekend. Also there was a lack of attention to details eg tea in rooms but no biscuits.

Right beside Earl’s Court tube station so handy to explore London - we stayed in the basement and perfect room they already had an fan in the room without having to ask as the aircon was broken. So cheap and good value for money and used as a base! Only thing I can complain about was the beds weren’t overly comfy but not horrendous
