Good spot and not much noice. The double bed had a hard mattress and was only 120 cm wide. No shelves in the bathroom (not even in the shower to put schampoo and shower gel), and very small basin to put our toiletries. Very bad light for doing makeup. Super thin toilet paper. Not many hangers in the wardrobe. And why not have a couple of hooks by the door to hang jackets? Wall socket and small nightstand only on one side of the bed. Table top and a coffee cup was dirty.

This so called "hotel" is the worst place we've ever been to. If you're with luggage - you'll have to carry it upstairs by yourself by small and narrow staircase. The room was a nightmare - small, no ventilation, dirty and stuffy. There was no AC, only a fan which didn't actually help because there was no ventilation in room. Toilet was horribly dirty as if it's never been cleaned. There were stains everywhere, including curtains, bedsheets were old and we found a strange looking thing in it, see photos attached. Window is bolted shut so you can't open it, besides it was awfully dirty. The receptionist was totally unprofessional, we felt like we intruded someone's house instead of the hotel. We spent around 2 hours there and decided to leave, the receptionist didn't seem to be bothered, casually offered us to see another room (which as he claimed was the same). We immediately booked another hotel, Eurostar Traveller, which was a proper 4* hotel with included breakfast but significantly cheaper than this ridiculous place. We are shocked with the rating of the hotel and now are more cautious as a result. We regret the amount of money spent on it.

Close to Victoria Coach Station, nice area, good size bed. Great value for money

Decent location Room had old rubbish in bin and dirty sediment in toilet. Beds were incredibly lumpy, hard and uncomfortable. Old flat pillows and very heavy duvets. Tiny window that barely opened and no air conditioning so the room was very hot. Bathroom extractor fan didn’t work and tv remote didn’t either.

Staff was nice Needs a lick of paint inside, room 9 only had 1 curtain at the window, pillows were very flat and hard, not really worth the money

Comfortable bed. Decent shower. Okay TV. Excellent location. Value for money - no question. Bit of a trek to top floor. Dirty mug left on bedside table. Two empty beer bottles and Coke can let in bathroom. Mentioned on checkout and the man at the desk was extremely apologetic. It just could have been a case of the cleaner overlooking this.

Location and staff great No lift

Within short walking distance from the coach station. Third floor in the heatwave and no aircon, unbearable. Third floor and no aircon

The location and staff were great. My room was in need of a refurb/ nothing major. Photos did not match reality

Location close to Victoria coach station was good and breakfast was okay. Having booked a twin room we were told none was available. After insisting receptionist phoned person in charge a room magically appeared! Very disappointing.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, our key cars for the room also unlocked front door so we didnt have to worry about curfews or disturbing anyone ringing the bell, breakfast was laid out for you to help yourself and all the food was fresh and delicious Unfortunately the day we arrived there was a water issue for the street so there was no water for several hours, this was no issue with the hotel it had affected the entire street but it had caused us a few issues as we couldnt shower or flush the toilet

5 minute walk from Victoria train, underground & bus station Not the hotel's fault but it was so hot, did have a fan in the room. Also some shelving the bathroom would be useful

Clean, convenient and very friendly. No lift, but not a real problem.

Great location, and the staff were extremely helpful with moving our heavy luggage up and down stairs
