Comfy beds, quiet rooms, great location. Would 100% stay here again. Rooms were quite dark...not really adequate lighting.

Great location with excellent transport links. Only a stone"s throw from the "Hamilton" and "Wicked" theatres. Not far to walk to key London attractions. Very happy with location and room. Great block out curtains, lovely view. Found it difficult to navigate the shower taps without instruction. Lights very low in candescence apart from attached torch lights on bedside tables which proved tricky when rummaging in suitcases at night. No information in the room about how to contact reception. E Concierge available but it proved necessary to physically visit main reception on two separate occasions for assistance. Perhaps our phone wasnt working? Small issues but important. Otherwise excellent establishment.

Location! Very close to the tube statio The noise! It was mentioned the room was soundproof but could hear the noise from outside.. bus and cars, much worse, could hear banging of doors and the cry of a baby next door! Also the water supply from the shower was very low, it’s a shame coz it was a nice bathroom but water pressure let it down

Very kind staff, especially Mearon, he was really helpful and friendly! My room was large, modern and clean. Maybe some seats outdoors to enjoy a cool evening.

Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was Luke warm and not great quality, coffee machine not working decor in rooms very dark poor lighting and carpets in corridors looked old and dirty
