Wonderful hostel, comfortable, very organized, lovely staff. They offer a very simple breakfast for £5, which helps get a fuel for the day. The location is wonderful, peaceful and close to the underground station and main lines - which makes it very easy to go around london. Very simple accommodation but perfect for a more budget friendly trip to London

Mattresses were a bit hard.

The hostel is in a great location. It's close to bus stops and metro stations, so getting back at any time was very convenient. The area feels very safe, and I felt quite comfortable there. The room was good, though it would be better if they cleaned it every day. Currently, it’s only cleaned when one guest leaves and a new one arrives. My roommate was a very heavy snorer, and it was quite disruptive for me.

Booked a single night stay for an event in the area and we were really happy with it! Great, safe-feeling location which was ideal coming back after dark(and they also had a night door to use which was perfect). Friendly staff, simple and clean room suiting our budget. Nice that they have a fridge/microwave to be used. It was shared toilet and shower on our floor but we didn't hear or see anyone else when we were there so we didn't mind! We'd definitely stay again! Beds were a bit firm and uncomfortable, bedding was also pretty minimal.

Good value for the money. Good location (only about a 15 minute subway ride from Central London). Clean. Quiet. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like (considering the price).

Honestly, nothing. The lift was out of order, the bed was not comfortable at all, the CMV in the bathroom was very noisy, the location is mediocre... I am very disappointed.

It was basic but very clean in a beautiful and convenient location. N/A It was exactly as described.

fabulous oasis so close to the vibrant areas of London [Camden in particular] with great transport links. friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities, lovely gardens. felt very safe in the area, and easily walkable to Primrose Hill and/or Regents Park nothing, all good, next time we'll eat there too

The staff were nice & helpful.

The use of a dining room with fridge and cupboard to store food and use of a microwave, toaster and sandwich toaster. The location was ideal for using the tube and accessing the local shops, restaurants and pub in Belsize Village. The beautiful blossom trees in full bloom in April Only two very small dislikes that definitely didn't affect our stay. The shower wasn't very powerful and the beds were wooden slatted so a little uncomfortable. But these are only minor dislikes.
