The room was neat and the staff were friendly The toilet smelt like sewage, didn’t notice till I opened the bathroom door so every time I needed to use it I had to hold my breath. It was nauseating

Easy to get to from Tube, very welcoming and helpful staff. Room was great. Breakfast although continental was lovely. Pillowcase and the runner on the bed was dirty. The floor looked likenit needed a good sweep up, woth hair in one corner. Paying extra for Teas and Coffee in the evening...should have been complimentary. No hair towel or hand towel, only bath towels.
