The air conditioning worked. As we eventually found out, this is apparently a luxury in Europe. Food seemed even more expensive than the rest of London.

The rooms had all of the necessary accommodations for the time that we stayed. The staff were friendly, attentive and respectful with the inquiries that we had. It helped my travels to be able to store my luggage before and after my stay. Really nothing to complain about. One minor detail was that the shampoo/body soap dispenser was broken the entire time and it never got fixed.
