Very close to underground and train as well to Tesco/Sainsbury's. Check-in till 8pm. No coat hangers at hall. For 4 persons only 1 wardrobe with 2 drawers.

Location. Secure clean smart fresh Ground floor, blinds closed. Car parking out of order. Could advise on local parking eg street nearby free by night then green park by day

AVOID THIS PROPERTY. They contact you outside of booking.com after you make a booking demanding you pay a £250 deposit or you can’t stay and you won’t get a refund. They took my deposit and redused to give it back. They made up a lir and said they smelled smoke even though no one smoked in the apartment. These people are crooks. Absolutely disgusting

Very spacious and clean. Great location 2 minutes from the tube. Good restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. Would be helpful to have parking available.

Location is ok. Lifts cannot access all floors. So when you travelling with a stroller and suitcases have ing to carry them up stairs is not ideal. The management let a dog (large) run loose through the complex. It sprinted past us on the interior stairs and frequently was unleashed in the outdoor areas. Why is the dog even here? On multiple occasions the dog had done its business right in the middle of the gate to enter the property. Once not cleaned for the whole day. There is no guide/QR code about the property/room at all, so basically a room with no information. 24 hours security desk, does not help when you want reception which doesn’t open until 10.

Comfortable, clean, great location for us Air con didn’t work fully in all rooms, but was okay. Blind in one of the bedrooms wasn’t that great as the sun shone through as soon as it came up.

It is a big apartment compared where you can find in London normally, we became the apartment 21 and there are 2 spacious rooms with a really small toilet. Within 5 minutes walking you find the Battersea Subway Station and a big new shopping center. Personnel is really friendly and help prepared till the level they can. Apartment was quite, normal clean and good prepared for short vacations. The cleanes is as in almost every apartment, apparently good but if you have a look under the sofa or in the corners, there is also room for improvement. What we don't like the answer we got when we report the air conditioned not working in the second room: " It was damaged some months ago, and for this reason we provide an small ventilator". If they accepted they know the problem, why is not described before you rent the apartment or even better repaired? is not that the appartment is not cold if you open all the doors using the other 2 air conditioned, is a matter of transparency and fair rules. Be aware you will request to make a deposit of 200 Pounds only with credit card in your arrival, what never was agreed and informed just few hour before you come in to the appartment, again, you get only block your credit card but it is something not informed before. Reception hours are really limitated and keys are phisycal keys, means we had luck to come at 3:00 pm when they offered the reception opened, but no idea how it would be if you come after office hours and lst but not least, if you stay less than one week, they don't offer any cleaning service, in our case it was necessary since we stay 5 days.
