Quality Hotel Hampstead

Can't fault the staff on front desk. Provided excellent customer experience. Car parking was very poor, very tinny for size of the hotel and full. Honesty within hotel description wouldn't go a miss. Room was well below standard for price paid. No air con in that heat (standard in vertually all similar grade hotels) yet Fan was listed right at the end on the website. Honesty with clear mention on the main room features listing wouldn't con people into book. Dirty/ unwashed glasses. Shower screen size was a joke! Left bathroom soaking after a shower. Breakfast was well below standard. Noise in Breakfast room on Monday morning (drilling) was deafening. No thought given to my parking before work had started so was blocked in for an hour before guest was called back to the hotel to more his car from behind me so I could go.

Excellent location and very friendly staff! The breakfast was delicious and everything was very fresh! Workers were carrying out work at the hotel at 7 o’clock in the morning using a rotary hammer, but that’s understandable and everything else was perfect!

The location is the reason we have stayed here twice now. Easy access to the underground which is 2 minute walk away. The rooms are always clean and more than comfortable. The staff are great and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. On site parking is a bonus too! Nothing!

The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good. Good location, quiet and only a five minute walk to the tube station. Rooms could do with air con, but a fan was provided. The sensor on the lift doors was broken, and I suffered extensive bruising as a result of them closing on me! The lovely chap on reception was very apologetic but did state that they were aware and yet no warning signs!

The location was excellent for us as had family nearby. No air con in the room although a far was provided and the windows were open when we arrived.

Nice clean room in a very good location and with safe parking too. Superb breakfast. It was all good.

Looked modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location. The lady in reception was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were incredibly hot. London was cooler after the heatwave but the room was almost unbearably hot. No air conditioning or extraction fan in bathroom The breakfast was ok but in the basement and no windows. It was a bit small and uninviting. The ladies working there were friendly.

I liked that a cab into Camden is only a short ride and the hotel staff are very helpful Maybe soft closing hotel room doors would be beneficial but after 11pm most people have gone to bed and the doors thing are less frequent .

Very clean. Good value for money. Comfy mattress. Good location on a quiet residential street. Staff very warm and welcoming. No air conditioning. Lorry delivering supplies at 1am woke us up as window was open due to heat wave. Cooked breakfast was not great quality.

I booked because of close location to Central London and free parking. I went for official work and left car there which was what I wanted. Breakfast was very good and staff was helpful. Unfortunately, it was quite hot yesterday and they do not have AC but fan was provided, so was overall OK.

Loved it close to station and 15 min walk to Hamstead Village Great location
