Excellent location, everything very easy Nothing

The room was small but adequate. I was happy I didn't have to lug my suitcase up the stairs. The staff was very helpful in helping me figure out transport to Heathrow Airport even though the direct Piccadilly line from the nearby station wasn't working. Conveniently located to the Earl's Court Tube Station and Coop Mini market.

Clean and close to underground station. Restaurants and convenience stores right around the corner. No lift so it’s hard with heavy luggage. It can get stuffy at night but the fan helps. Not very spacious.

Good location, clean rooms, very kind staff. Actually those are very good attributes for a hotel. No air conditioner, just a fan. And it is not always possible to open the windows.

The room was great for the price and location - no issues at all Nothing

Great location-very close to Earls Court and Piccadilly line. Clean and easy and cheap. My door was very thin (think closet door) and the lock was only a latch. My room was right off the stairs and the sound carried straight in through the thin door, which felt generally insecure. It would not take much to simply add a security lock for peace of mind. I wore earplugs to bed but the creakiness of the floor was still disruptive. Feeling safe is most important to me so I rated this much lower than I otherwise would have.

Th location is fantastic. Very close to Earls Court underground station and also walking distance to the West Brompton station. Close to several restaurants & stores. There is a laundry near. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. We had the street floor and if you open the curtains everyone can see in. There is no air conditioning. This would be a problem with a stay during hotter summers nights. The bathroom was small but ok size. The shower itself was way too small. You can hardly move your arms to wash yourself. Water pressure and heat were good.

Great location. Basic, but clean

The location cannot be beat. The people working there were great.understand the Hotel is not 4 star Hotel. However price reflects the value. It's right next to Earl Court underground., you can get anywhere. N/A

The location is excellent: a corner turn from Underground Station Earl's Court, less than 5 min walk, on Picardilly and District Lines, direct access to Central London (10-15 min ride) and Heathrow Airport (30 min). Trebovir Street is quiet. There are cafes and restaurants around the station. Room is clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. We are also allowed to stow our luggage after check out. Good value, given the high price of staying in London. Converted from an old (but well built) townhouse, there could be several flights of stairs, especially the 4th floor's rooms and no elevator. But they also are the most spacious. Enquire before booking if you had problem with stairs or having heavy luggage.

Around 10 p.m., while I was returning to the hotel, a delivery driver standing at the corner made inappropriate comments toward me. I quickly went to the hotel door, but there was no one at the reception and the door was locked. During that time, the delivery driver kept passing by several times on his motorcycle, shouting things at me. As a woman alone, this situation was really frightening. On the following nights, I didn’t feel safe returning to the hotel either. I chose such an expensive room because I thought it would be safe, but for this price, you could definitely stay somewhere much better.

Location was great No elevator and very steep stairs. Doing some remodeling during the stay and small lobby was full of boxes and paint so hard to move around Only 1 hand towel and washcloth in room.

The hotel was super close to the Earls Court Tube station while still feeling like you were nestled in a neighborhood so it was very convenient to navigate around London from there! Everyone we interacted with was kind and did what they could to help, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the cost was very affordable - truly the best option for my family and would happily stay here again!
