Everything. Literally. London hotels can be so hit and miss, and even the big branded hotels can disappoint. This hotel was just wonderful and really surpassed my expectations. The room was spacious and clean with everything that we needed. We ate out apart from breakfast but we’d stay again and do self-catering as the kitchenette had lots of equipment for this. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is great for the Tube. Nothing.

It was well located and a bit boutique-y The sheets were not clean when we got there but the staff were good, they changed rooms immediately

The property was warm, welcoming, chic, and comfortable. I couldn’t believe it was right on top of the common and local high st. Within walking distance to local transport, cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs, and shops and lots of outdoor spaces to visit. My room was perfect for my stay, staff were friendly, relaxed, and helpful. Will def stay there again!

The staff was amazing and the facility was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was great and enjoyable to walk around. So many positives. The booking experience through Booking was not straightforward. This was not Second Nature's fault.

Property was in a lovely area! Overall hotel was great You had to request to turn the Aircon on at night. There wasn’t an option to do it yourself went down and requested, but the person had forgotten not a big issue though.

The design is very modern and efficient, definitely want to return again! Aga was understanding and all was well at the end with her help

One of the reception staff - Barbara, I think it was - was outstanding in helping to resolve a hiccup regarding a 3 year old and where she could sleep. When making the initial arrangement it was impossible to find a phone number which was answered at week ends, including a number on the website which claimed to be for urgent enquiries. There was also one occasion, late evening, when there was a queue of people waiting at reception, but no staff in sight. Intrusive piped music in the dining area.
