Room was quite small (photos are deceiving) but we were basically there to sleep.

Close to the train and bus station and hotel with the AC really selected especially in London and the staff especially Rodrigo really helpful and his attitudes really amazing. The free breakfast really a nice touch and overall really good experience.

Location Extremely cold and rude staff. we were there with our family including a 7 year old. There was a bit if confusion in relation to paying for an extra bed which we were ok to pay as it was something on our side. They gave us two room completely far from each other which didnt even look like hotel rooms and you have to walk in through some kind of tunnel where they dont have a lift.

We loved the location. The staff was also extremely helpful, especially Rodrigo. He was helpful in helping us navigate places we wanted to go, as well as giving us suggestions!

Great value, loved the location as it was quiet and tucked away but right on the Victoria line for easy access to everything. Nice food nearby as well. Pillows were thin and uncomfortable, shower was small and difficult to navigate, and one could easily hear the noise of the other rooms/doors from the hall.

simple but effective breakfast included, which is a bonus! Quality and very clean rooms, comfortable bed and Air conditioning. I always sleep really well here

السكن جميل والغرفة واسعة بالنسبة للندن الستاف كان متعاون دخلنا قبل الوقت لانه وصولنا كان في الصباح والخروج ما ازعجونا ع الطلعة الحي بشكل عام مافيه عرب .في اكثر من سوبر ماركت في الحي وقهوة مختصة وبيكري . الحمام مافيه شطاف

Great location, close to Victoria Station and a supermarket and lots of restaurants My room only had one working plug.

Location was excellent, 10 min walk to underground station, 20 min to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and air conditioning was a life saver!! Also nice breakfast included.

Staff were very professional and the breakfast provided daily is a huge bonus! The A/C barely trickled out of the vents but we also stayed during a major heat wave.

Great location very helpful staff. Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were cold and English style beans. Toast was cold and not crispy. A croissant would have been nice.
