Good location. Scuffed doors, furnishings and general state of hotel. Windows not very insulating and can hear road noise. No dental kit in room despite being a “5 star hotel”. Half of breakfast brought up and wrong room initially given. Bathroom in desperate need of re-grouting and repair.

The location and facilities are wonderful as are the staff! Ellie at reception is wonderful! The room on this visit wasn’t quite as nice as on the last visit.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive, the room was beautifully presented and spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring London. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh, high-quality choices. Nothing at all. My stay exceeded expectations, and l wouldn't change a thing. I look forward to returning.

Location The noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was loud music vibrating through our room most of the night. I was wearing earplugs and I could still hear it. I called reception at 11:30pm and was told they let a wedding go on late and it will be stopping soon. We should have been told this when we checked in and given the choice of a room further away. Then again at 1am more loud noise started which sounded like rumbling down a microphone. Again I called reception to ask them to sort it. We raised it in the morning and asked for a discount on the stay seeing as we came to sleep and didn’t get any sleep. I was told the manager would contact me on Monday 6th and I’ve not heard anything. The person checking us out didn’t know what the noise was at 1am and seemed like he didn’t believe us. Whatever it was it was loud enough to be heard through earplugs and sleeping tablets! The checkout staff couldn’t care less. Not the experience I expect in a “5*” hotel.

I’ve stayed in this hotel twice now and I think it’s just so good. The hotel decoration is so modern as a really luxurious feel however the price tag is so reasonable for what it is. I will always recommend this hotel. It’s such a good location as well, if you plan to go for dinner or drinks in the city the staff are so welcoming and lovely and our room was stunning.
