Charming property, fantastic location, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff!

Comfy bed and nice bathroom We had two rooms. One was very dark but comfortable. The other was brighter but had a putrid smell and no working sockets. Staff were reluctant at first to address the issue and only offered a refund when a member of the housekeeping team spoke up. We wouldn’t stay here again!

Our room was very stylish and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was clean and very nice. The neighboring pub of the same name was extremely charming and both the food and service were outstanding. This property is in a very quiet, residential area. We enjoyed exploring the nearby areas and taking the water taxi to major attractions. The hotel is on a busy street, so there is some street noise during the day. The only other inconvenience was a lack of an ice machine, which is common in Europe. Other than that, we had literally no complaints. This was the best hotel room we stayed in over a two-month trip.

Everyone was so nice. They even brought us ice water at 4 in the morning. The best place! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very cozy. The towel warmer was a nice touch.

Stylish room, comfy bed and good location

Everything!! Second year we have stayed here to celebrate both a birthday and Christmas. The ladies at the bar are wonderful and very accommodating! The room 22 was slightly noisy from the traffic outside. However this didn’t affect our stay.

The bar is incredible. Beautiful pub, my favorite part.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. The food was also very good. The location being directly across from the pub, meant people were hanging around outside the room until the early hours of the morning. I was woken up on a few occasions when they were being loud.

Super friendly reception staff who made us feel very welcome and looked after our bags after checkout too Really lovely, modern and spacious room with much needed aircon Delicious breakfast There was a rancid smell coming up from the drains I think in the bathroom Breakfast could’ve been explained to us as we were charged £12 for two slices of bread and a pastry from the breakfast table because that wasn’t part of it I think.

excellent property, trendy and clean fab staff

Lovely unique property and lovely room. The snacks and drinks in the room were great, such a wide selection. The staff member who checked us in couldn't tell us what time breakfast started the next day which was rather frustrating.

Lovely big room, clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. Nice food in the pub. Mattress and pillows a touch soft for my taste.

The room was lovely, spacious and cosy and everything you needed. Lovely furnishings and fittings. Good drinks and snacks options in the room if needed. I would stay again! Not the hotel’s fault but next to main roads so if you’re a light sleeper there’s a bit of noise but the location is really convenient.
