Room location and size was great No air-conditioning. Reported it on the first night of the stay. Sadly not mended by the end of our two night stay.

Good location walking distance from tube station but better signage would help to find hotel and its entrance. Basic in design, dated rooms, had to leave hotel building to go to external building for breakfast and drinks. No signage to advise that breakfast location moved during renovations. Cramped dull check-in area, basically a lift lobby, disinterested staff apart from a security guard that had to spend all morning redirecting people arriving at the wrong area and terrible wifi connection. Breakfast average.

The location was great, right next to football stadium. They were busy with renovations which was quite disruptive. We were not informed ahead of time of the renovations, had we known we would not have booked at this hotel

Location was great for where I needed to be in London. The attached sports restaurant served delicious food, and having the discount of 10% being a guest, swayed my choice slightly to eat there. Just a shame it was a quiet evening, as would have enjoyed the atmosphere more (I bet the place is rocking on football days). The free water was a great idea in that bottle, would have been nice to have a new one for my 2nd night stay. My room backed on to the train track, stupidly I forgot my ear plugs (maybe worth the hotel having some free earplugs for light sleepers, if they get one of those rooms). The aircon didn't seem to get down as cool as I wanted (being picky).

The customer service was exceptional. We had issues during our stay which resulted in a room change . The underlying thing is I remember how the staff dealt with this rather than the problem that had arised. Good location . Big rooms . Bit outdated . I expected it to be more modern .

Location The hotel is split in 2, we were in the unattended side, to go to reception, get drinks or food you have to cross to the main building. The safe was not working, we reported it straight away, when checking out mentioned it again but they didn’t know anything about it!!!

Good location for local tube station. Quiet and comfortable room which was more spacious than others Starting to feel grubby and dated with chipped paintwork and the bathroom needed updating
