Extremely warm welcome, even giving my little boy a teddy on arrival and welcome drinks. Very comfortable room. Fantastic location for exploring the museums. 40 mins wait for check in as room.not ready, we'd been travelling and sightseeing for 8 hours and just wanted to change our clothes! Having said that, every effort was made to make us comfortable while we waited

The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly tried their best, so I have no complaints about the service. I honestly don’t quite share the widespread enthusiasm for The Adria. Perhaps staying in such a small boutique hotel simply isn’t my preferred type of experience. One thing I can say with certainty is that the Underground runs directly beneath the hotel. At least in my room, I could hear and feel the room—and even the bed—vibrating whenever a train passed. This is not something you expect from a hotel positioning itself as a five-star property. Everything else is probably fairly typical for a small boutique hotel: very compact, intimate, somewhat quirky, and with almost no food options. The only meal available is breakfast, which I found rather average.

Such a cozy place and with a very professional staff always willing to help. The room are very well equipped. Excellent breakfast. Well located. A little bit noisy as we were on 1st floor and we heard the metro.

Everything! One of the best hotels we stay around the world. Location, staff, all details, service, cleanliness. All you need is there. It can’t be fixed, the tube under the building. We actually did not mind.
