Great location, close to Victoria Station so it’s easy to get around, yet the neighbourhood was quiet. We were there during a heatwave so thankfully they had air conditioning, which apparently isn’t common in London.

The reception staff were great! Really friendly and helpful. The Location was amazing! My room was really small with no view, I looked directly into a brick wall. Only one bottle of water, during the heat wave.

good location to bus station and nearby places of interests. the room is very small, and there's some smoke smell in the towel.

Well located and we wanted to do the Harry Potter tour and see Hamilton. Very clean and comfortable. Very good and clean bathroom. There are grocery stores and restaurants near by. Everything was good, but it's overpriced.

Excellent location,easy to get to most attractions. Reasonably close to the tube(subway). Very friendly staff. A little small. Breakfast should have scrambled eggs and potatoes as part of the buffet.

The front desk staff were personable and professional. Mirel took great care of our departure. The front lobby area was stylish and welcoming. Just steps away was the #24 bus stop. The neighborhood was laidback and peaceful. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our room was small but we were comfortable. I would have liked a mini fridge in our room.

Location and cleanliness and desk staff were very helpful! Late nite arrival was less than acceptable. Staff person was unhelpful. I was told that room category I had did NOT include a bottle of water.......this was not clearly stated on website. I had never experienced this at any other property in London that I have used. A bottle of water is usually standard!!

So quiet in a historic neighborhood. Clean, comfortable bed and room in a beautifully refurbished and modernized set of townhomes. Friendly staff, option for luggage storage just before and after check-in. Wonderful breakfast options. Convenience to public transportation and local restaurants. Great value for the money. N/A

Very close to the tube station . Nice area. Great service & facilities. Staff were very helpful.

Very well located, clean, and the staff was very nice. We only stayed one night, but we had a great experience. It was a little challenging to access the room since it was located on a lower level and required using stairs. If you have large luggage, it may be a bit difficult.
