This 17th-century inn is located by Kew Green, across from the Royal Botanical Gardens. Enjoy a great location, fine food and good public transport to Central London. Coach & Horses Hotel has a traditional bar and restaurant, a large garden, and en suite, air-conditioned bedrooms. It is a few minutes' walk from the National Archives and Kew Steam Museum. All rooms feature a 32 inch flat screen TV with Sky channels, work desk, mini fridge and Nespresso machine. The hotel makes an ideal base for visiting Hampton Court Palace, Windsor Castle, Legoland Windsor, Thorpe Park and Richmond-upon-Thames. There is easy access to the M4, M25, M3 and South Circular. Heathrow Airport is 20 minutes away. We’re super excited to share that we’re having a bit of a makeover. Between 16 September 2024 and 4 November 2024, 12 of our bedrooms will be closed for refurbishments. Although we’ll try to keep noise and disturbance to minimum, please keep this in mind when booking to stay with us during this time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to sharing our new look.

Room was very spacious, well stocked with good facilities, good shower and comfy bed. Short walk from Kew Gardens station, very close to the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew. Was able to check in easily and slightly ahead of check in time, as we were early and our room was ready. Lovely stay.

I had a better night's sleep then at home. It was a shame that we didn't stay longer.

Lovely comfortable room. Immaculately clean. Really comfortable huge bed. Lots of facilities- iron, ironing board, hairdryer, excellent pantry station. Air conditioning almost too efficient. Really lovely staff. So helpful, welcoming, friendly. No dedicated room for disabled. I bought my own loo raise but sadly the shower wasn’t walk in and the step up too high/dangerous -

Friendly reception staff. Good location, particularly for Kew Gardens. Service in the restaurant was quite slow. Cups did not fit the coffee maker in the room

perfect location … short walk (10 - 15 minutes) to train (the Tube) station, very close to Kew Garden entrance, wonderful pub for indoor and outdoor dining not a major issue and definitely an unavoidable issue but wish we had a view from hotel room

It was clean & comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I could only stay for two days.

Fantastic location, comfy bed and air con!! Good breakfast, although we didn’t get asked what we wanted for cooked so just had buffet. Lady on reception is so friendly, 5 stars to her. The corridors and bathroom are in need of some TLC. There is a shower curtain in bathroom which I don’t like.

Room was perfect and the bonus of air conditioning. Great location with free parking. 10 minute walk to Kew Garden station. Pub had a nice relaxed feel. Nice warm welcome at check in. Definitely will return.
