The pub downstairs was really nice - good food, lively atmosphere, nice spaces including outdoor patio. The room was clean, beds were comfy, plenty of space & places to set your stuff, quiet. Complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee & cookies. The staff was welcoming, friendly & helpful. Close to Kew gardens. A secure internet would have been nice.

The staff are great, really friendly and helpful. Good to have two fans in the room especially on the highest floor! Really like the breakfast options.

Friendly staff great location Room in need of decoration and very hard bed and pillows

Location was ideal, breakfast was very good and the room was very comfortable. As the advert says it's a listed building, hence no lift or air con as it was very hot when we went in August 2026, otherwise beautiful place. The only let down was our room was on the 3rd floor and with out a lift we were thankful the staff had taken our baggage up to our room as we left it in storage due to been very early. It was going up to the room each time was a pain.

Location to Kew Gardens. Room 16 was 41 steps up. The room was like a sauna even with the basic fans. The food was terrible and to kick it all off they allowed a dog to eat off a breakfast table. The needed an injection of life.

We had a twin room. It was spotlessly clean. Lovely crisp white bedding. The location was lovely. We loved the serene atmosphere of Kew Gardens Village. Train station right on the doorstep for visiting attractions. I would have loved a Bath robe to be supplied.

It is a very prime location. We visited Kew Theatre under the star and Natural history museum by staying one night in this hotel. 2 mins to Victorian Gate and 2 mins to the train station. We can have family time in the pub run by the hotel. Nil

The location was perfect for visiting Kew Gardens. Close to the station, a short walk to the Gardens. Friendly staff, room nice. There was a classic bar downstairs that was sadly never very full when we looked in. The locale around had some good shops and cafes. We visited on a very hot day (August 2026) and there was no aircon and the room was up several flights of stairs at the top of the building, no problem to us but would put some people off. With the window open and a fan we slept well. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. For us the position and facilities were fine and the logistics of our trip worked.

Loved the atmosphere and the proximity to Kew Gardens

Nice room and great location. Good size bed. Great to have a portable air con. Allowed a slightly early check in 30mins and a slightly late checkout 30mins. Parking was not a problem as we arrived after noon on a Friday. Incorrect time give for breakfast we were waiting (with 3 others)at 7:30 as we but eventually found out it was 8am. Was hoping to grab something on our rerun from parkrun at 10:20am but had to plead for a cup of coffee although it was already made. Noisy due to next door guests returning at 1:30am.

The location was great as was only a 10 minute walk from Kew Gardens and evening street parking is free but between 10am and 12 pm it is permit only so you will still need to drive and park at Kew. I did know this beforehand as I spoke to the hotel prior to arriving. Our double room was on the third floor and the stairs could be an effort for an older person. No aircon it's an old building but there were plenty of large fans in the room which kept us cool. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze so no good for a larger person but the shower was ok and hot enough. A few things around the room could of done with some attention including the pointless Chandelier hanging low above the bed, looked like it was coming away from the ceiling. Breakfast wasn't included but I think for £120 a night it should of been, at least for one guest. Dont get me wrong our stay was good and we enjoyed our couple of days away. And if Kew Gardens is your destination then you could do a lot worse that this hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels for my work and thought £120 was a bit much without a breakfast included. The staff were very helpful though when we had to get an email printed off.

The location was perfect for our visit to Kew Gardens and easily accessible from the train station. The staff were so helpful and as our room was ready, able to check in early.

Location convenient Our room was in the attic. Tiny and stuffy with dated carpet and minuscule shower. Reception on leaving couldn't be bothered to ask how we slept ect. Avoid

Great location and pub was nice Extremely hot and very steep stairs Faulty iron that burnt a hole in my dress - no apology or concern from the staff Smoked so much it almost set off fire alarm

The room was very cosy and comfortable with really nice extra touches like bottles of water, coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board. We also had a book case in our room which was nice touch. Nothing.

The hotel was in a great location to visit Kew Gardens, situated on a quiet street, also just a few minutes walk from the tube stop. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice big bathroom. The food was good including cooked breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again.
